This is the second time using Too Hatter service. The first time the crew cleaned up and did a really good job. This time they cleaned my dryer vent but they didn’t clean the lint catcher or the floor after they serviced. I even gave them a tip! I should have looked at their quality of work before having them leave. Bummed at the quality of service this time.

Bert and Cisco were prompt, efficient, respectful of property and pet and very professional! Impressive team, Top Hatter!

Great service! I messaged Top Hatter over the weekend expecting a response during the week, to my surprise they responded over the weekend and offered us appointment options starting Monday! They came out exactly when they said, were very professional and did a great job. Showed us before and after pics and cleaned up everything better than before! Would definitely recommend! I rarely do reviews, but this company is the BEST. I would hire them again without hesitation. Jeremy and Greg went beyond my expectations and both were very professional and thorough. I had requested more work be done on-site, and they were so accommodating, making it a longer day for them I’m sure. They performed air duct, dryer vent, and hood vent cleaning. They even inspected and cleaned my fireplace. You won’t go wrong with this amazing crew!!! Thank you, Top Hatter.

I had my dryer vent and fireplace cleaned and air ducts cleaned and sanitized. They were friendly,professional and moved in a efficient manner! Everything was cleaned well and they left no trace. Other then a very pleasant fresh clean smell! So nice! Highly recommend!!!

Very impressed with their work! The two technicians that came here were very friendly, and most importantly - very thorough. They took great care to minimize the mess during and after the HVAC job, and my A/C unit actually sounds better now after they completely cleaned out the motor and coils. Great job!

Steve and Mike recently completed a large dryer vent cleaning project in our 274-unit community. Their crew was extremely professional and communicated the entirety of the job. They ran into some issues that were unexpected and made sure to notify our office. As well as handled them as they came across it. The project was completed effectively and efficiently with little to no issues that our office had to deal with. I would 100% recommend their services to any community or single-family home!

I've had two fantastic interactions with Top Hatter. The first time they came out to clean my dryer vent, they unfortunately ran into a problem and were unable to complete the service, but they were honest about it and did not charge me a dime, not even for time spent or travel. I was so impressed by this experience, that when it was time to clean the vent again, they were first on my list. Bert, Jorge, and Junior were friendly and professional and immediately got to work upon arrival. They communicated with me throughout the job and finished the work faster than I expected. At the end, they showed me pictures of the duct and even made me aware of issues with the duct structure I hadn't known about. I was very happy with the thoroughness of the job and plan to continue to use Top Hatter for vent maintenance.

Wonderful, professional, quality service. Easy appointment setup, confirmation phone call the day before appointment, and text message that technicians are on the way. Crew of three arrived on time and completed the work in 3:15 hours for an 18 hundred foot home. Before and after pictures and videos supplied. Extremely happy with the work. Incredibly nice technicians.
