The guys were prompt, answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, with a smile. They were cordial and a never ending whirlwind of action. They took care to cover up the TV and kept the floor clean.

The before and after photos of a 50 yr old townhome reminded me I needed to do this sooner than I did. So thankful I had it done now

I had another amazing (my 5th) experience with Top Hatter! From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough. The technicians arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and were able to answer all questions I asked. Their customer service was top-notch, pricing was fair, and the quality of work was exceptional. Mike was easy to work with from start to finish and his group of guys were so positive and enthusiastic everyday! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind and a well-running dryer. Our fireplace was overdue for a good cleaning after many years of use. After completing my normal research on-line and reading reviews, I decided to go with The Top Hatter.

The Service experience was outstanding from scheduling to notification of arrival time as promised. The team did a great job in preparation and containment of any dust or grit from escaping to the house. The end result is a nice clean chimney that's been inspected with peace of mind knowing the chimney is in good condition.

I have used Zerorez in the past and have never been disappointed with there services. Today I had 2 area rugs, 2 bedrooms and one sofa cleaned. My Tech, Anthony, did a fantastic job, the carpets and sofa are brighter and look like new. It took the tech almost 2 hours to do everything. I like that it dries quickly too.

Seth and Daniel were great! They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, they cleaned any debris from the duct cleaning and left our home even and cleaner than when they arrived. They were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I am sold and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and:or Zerorez.

The tech advised me after soaking the floor of one room that it was two large and he would have to charge me for two rooms - I felt like I was being held hostage and forced to pay the additional cost.
When I asked why he didn’t tell me before starting he blamed me for not giving him time. I then asked why he didn’t measure before wetting the carpet. He said he would have to call his manager when I asked him to leave.
This is water left on the floor after he finished a room. Also the bottom of the stairs was so wet I almost slipped twice. Lastly this morning (close to 12 hours later) the floor in the same room as the pics was still damp

Sorry..my grandson was here talked with tech and added some rugs to total. Everything looked good when I saw it later.
Still wet. Spent night at my daughter's and it seems dry today. Looks great altho thete were a few spots I was surprised that didnt come out of rug. Otherwise..was fine. Peggy

The tile looks very clean and grout lines are much improved.

I had the carpets cleaned, and the tile steam cleaned all which looked absolutely amazing when the technician was complete completed.

Courteous, quick and thorough. Carpet had years of stains that couldn't come out, but he did the best he could with the front room. The other two rooms came out good. The carpet had a horrible smell, and when we came to inspect, the smell was gone. Best customer service we could have asked for.

The tech was polite, thorough, and kept me informed of what needed to be done and when he was finished with one task to continue on the next one

Zerorez Company is a wonderful, competent, honest rug, cleaning company. I have had several homes, and of course, had many carpet cleaning companies, and I have to say in all honesty that.Zerorez is absolutely wonderful. My carpeting came out so wonderfully clean. The technician who did the carpet cleaning, his name is Calvin, was so courteous and helpful. Everything was done so perfectly, Calvin is a wonderful young man and is an absolutely benchmark rug cleaner technician. This is an absolute skill, and the companies cleaning products are far more advanced than any other company I have ever used in all my years. I am 77 years old and have had multiple homes over the years and multiple cleaning companies cleaning my carpeting. I give Zerorez five stars +++ plus plus plus. Thank you Calvin and thank Zerorex for their wonderful cleaning products that outdo all other rug cleaning companies.
Anyone searching for a honest, great, and affordable rug cleaning company make no mistake…..Zerorex is your best bet by far.

We have an older shag rug that we got from my parents around seven years ago, and it gets deep cleaned maybe once a year if we remember, and while we vacuum often, shag rugs are hard to keep clean, and we have three pets who shed all the time! I spent a lot of time researching rug cleaners, because I wanted something safe for my fur children, and zerorez was one of the best for the job! Sadly we couldn’t afford the deep clean route this time, but the basic cleaning was still fantastic and absolutely breathed new life into this tired dusty old rug. 10/10 would go with them again and we will be recommending them to anyone else who needs something deep cleaned in their home!

The technician texted me with a courtesy arriving in 15 minutes text, he was well within the booked arrival time, he was efficient and did a fantastic job!
