I i’ve been using this company for quite some times now very good company cleans great it’s one of the best companies I prefer. I would prefer this company to anyone across the valley.

Great service, friendly technician, I feel he went above and beyond, discussing what I needed for my carpet cleaning. Not sure why the air duct service came up as the default.

David is an absolute superstar! He was very kind, friendly, and funny! He made me feel comfortable as well as my kids and dog. It was very informative of the process, product to use, and how long everything was going to take, but most importantly cost me! I didn’t feel like I was up sold or pitched a sales gimmick. I didn’t feel pressured into something I don’t wanna do, all around great experience. David is a wonderful Phase for the company and represented it very well! 10 out of 10!

David was so conscientious and had done even a background of my many years of your services in my home. My tile floors look amazing and my carpet looks almost brand new, considering what it has just been through. I was very surprised that he dried all of the tile and left no wet spots. I placed an order with zerorez with my particular date request. They were able to accommodate me quickly. They showed up on time and did a great job. I had four bedroom carpets cleaned. I would highly recommend them

We were fostering a dog that we discovered had peed everywhere in our house, including in the carpeted bedrooms. He was 8 years old so we thought for sure he would be house-trained. ZeroRez used a special cleaner in addition to their normal cleaning to get out the dog pee. They look wonderful now, and smell even better. Our technician Zeke did a fabulous job and was so professional yet friendly. Will definitely use again!

The cleaning consultant was a first class gentleman and very knowledgeable about his craft… He educated me and offered options while listening to the goals of my project… I will work with him again. I believe his name is Creed and I highly recommend him. I’m very pleased with the outcomes of the service and the experience with this Consultant specifically.

I had Zerorez clean my carpets. Showed up on time. Very friendly and professional tech showed up. When he was done, showed me the areas he cleaned and my carpets looked new. I have a very thick carpet in one of the bedrooms so I gave it an extra day to dry. My carpets look fabulous. I will use this Co. again. Check them out.

Technician was on time, gave a 20 minutes “heads up” before arrival, was professional and respectful. Ezekiel did the best job possible on a very dirty area carpet.

We had our upstairs loft, hallway and stairs deep cleaned after 20 years of kids and pets. Our service person was very professional, walked us through what he'd be doing and assessed our carpets. What was refreshing, was even though we had pets in the past, he recommended the deep clean only because we had no pet odors, therefore not up selling something that wasn't needed. My husband and I are very satisfied with our carpet cleaning today, and will use Zerorez again in the future.

Zerorez was awesome! The same day called, they came out, viewed the carpet and grout and promptly went to work cleaning. They did a wonderful job. I'd highly recommend them to others.
