I oversee 20 restaurants in the Phoenix area & use Polaris to service each location. They are great business partners. Very dependable.

We’ve worked with Polaris for 10+ years. They’re office staff is friendly and responsive and their techs are knowledgeable and thorough. Techs are easy to talk to and don’t mind the 20 questions I usually ask. Their rates are very reasonable. If you have refrigeration or HVAC needs, this is the company for you.

After repeated issues with another service company in town, I found the team @ Polaris Refrigeration. Polaris has been excellent for me. They do what they say they will, when they say they will. They go above and beyond and communication is great. They always treat me fairly and follow through which has lead to a fruitful and productive business relationship. Do recommend, they make my life easier.
