More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. "Pretty obvious what the problem was" said our new hvac company.

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have "found" something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name " the Best" I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.

My air conditioning went out first thing in the morning today. I called at 7:02 am and had a tech, Adam, arrived just 1 hour later. He was quick to diagnose the issues and was very clear in explaining all the things he was doing. Best part was the price...no trip charge and he only charged for what he did. Awesome experience.

I am soooo impressed! John arrived when he said he would, knew exactly what was wrong with our a/c unit, pulled the part off the truck and had it working in about 10 minutes! Very courteous, knowledgable, and honest - 3 must haves in an air conditioning repair company. I highly recommend Valley's Best and will definitely contact them again for any a/c problems.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Chase was very professional and fixed my system in a timely manner. He stayed until after midnight to ensure my AC was back up and running. He was also very communicative throughout the process. I definitely recommend this company as their service is unparalleled!

Update: me and my company has been customers for a very long time. Over the last two years the service has really taken a nose die. I have had scheduled appointments and no one show multiple times in a row. And I would not recommend them to anyone anymore. It’s a shame.

Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

Despite the triple digit weather, you were willing to repair & secure a drain pipe on my roof that was causing roof rot! You also showed me the correct method of placing my air filter inside my house so that it now fits properly, without difficulty. You were punctual and very pleasant. Keep up the good work!

Chase is amazing! I got several quotes when I needed AC replacement. Valley's Best quote was by far the best and their service has been amazing. Chase has stopped by on occasion just to reset my thermostats or change my air filters. They have also done plumbing work for me. I highly recommend Chase and Valley's Best!

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning is the best and most affordable company I have found. Our air was no longer blowing cold and we just surpassed the 100-degree mark for the year. Val was able to get to us within an hour (as a first-time customer that hadn't used their services ever before!). He assessed the unit/issue and explained to us, in terms we'd understand, what that meant, what it'd cost and when they would be able to get us in if we'd like to move forward with it. We agreed upon a price and Val was able to do the repairs right then & there. When Val didn't have one of the parts he needed another tech swung by to get him the part and lend a hand.

(As a side note, I had called a different company a couple weeks earlier to just install a Google Nest thermostat which ended with them spending 3 hours heating my place up to 88 degrees and let me know that they would need to perform $3400 of work to replace some valve on the unit in order for it to work with the Nest OR replace the unit for $10-$20K. I asked if he could just return the system to the way it was before he did anything, which he did for $80. So, $80 to heat my house up for 3 hours and not install the thermostat, Thanks but no thanks Larson's Air Conditioning.)

The owner of Valley's Best H & A/C, Chase, stopped by to see how things were progressing as well as looking at duct and plumbing work in the attic. Chase made notes of all the things he noticed that he'd suggest addressing. He worked up an estimate of what those repairs would cost. There was never the, “if you don't do X, Y, Z & 1, 2, 3, really soon your pipes will probably start leaking, cause mold, all your ac is escaping because you need more insulation, etc., etc." pressure. It was simply a hey this is what I suggest and why and if you want to choose our company to do that work this is what it would cost. He even threw in a free inspection at a later date!

No one likes spending lots of money but with Valley's Best Heating & Air Conditioning you don't have the anxiety of wondering about the quality of service you'll receive or being talked into something you do not need. At no time was there ever a conversation about a needing a new unit, where others just try to scare you into big repairs and then bridge that to just buying a new unit. I will be having them address all my Heating & A/C needs.

When you name your business Valley’s Best anything you set yourself up for a high level of customer expectation and you had better deliver if you want to stay successful. This is exactly what Chase and his team at Valley’s Best Heating and Air conditioning did. My 20 year old AC died on Saturday morning in the middle of August. I was visiting another city 1500 miles away and called Valley’s Best when they were recommended by a neighbor. Chase understood the unusual dynamic of my issue and immediately went to work so that I could conclude my visit without worry. When I returned home I found a new AC unit being installed with a high degree of quality and expertise. I was very impressed with Chase and his team. Of particular note is the AC tech named Jon D. As a business owner I know how difficult finding good employees can be. Jon D. exemplifies the type of team member that all businesses strive to find. Jon was professional and expedient. He showed up when he said he would and with a smile on his face. If he was delayed he would show the courtesy of calling and letting me know. He was open and transparent with his communication of the job scope, worked tirelessly on a Sunday when he could have had a day off, and never complained about working in my tiny attic – a place I have NEVER set foot in. Jon was respectful of my property and pets – he gave me a heads up before using loud equipment so that I could let my dogs outside and his clean-up was impeccable. I would hire him in a split second so Chase had better give this guy a raise!! When all was said and done Valley’s Best Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to its name. My new high efficiency AC unit runs quiet and cut my electric bills in half. Seriously. Well done, Chase and team.

I have used Valleys Best Heating and AC for nearly 10 years. They are more than fantastic. Skilled and very professional. I trust them completely. Besides maintaining my AC and heater, they have come numerous times.. day or middle of the night to repair my AC as well as my broken water heater ( they also do plumbing). I have never gone one day without my AC working properly when it has a problem.

We recently had our air conditioning replaced and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Replacing an air conditioner is not a fun thing to have to do. Its a large expense and a large overhaul in your home. Chase was very patient and thoroughly explained all our options and pricing until we were able to select what would be best for our home. The technicians who completed the install, Elmer and Jon, were so professional and respectful. They worked from morning until evening to get the job done and came back the next morning to finish up on a weekend! It was a huge job and they were quick, thorough, and efficient. In a time when good service, reliability, and general empathy is tough to find I can't say enough how much we appreciated the entire experience. We had several local companies bid our job and valley best was by far the most thorough. Save yourself a headache and just trust them to do what they do.

This past January Valley’s Best replaced our heat pump with a Day & Night system that was recommended by Chase. He and his crew were meticulous during the installation to make sure it would work for us. Chase said we should see a difference in our electric bills. Well he was right. Our July bill just arrived and it is $50+ lower than the same time last year! We have been customers of Valley’s Best for years and will continue to be in the foreseeable future.

My wife and I are more than happy with the service that I have received so far and will be using Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our future needs. Our family has been in our home for 8 years and have always struggled to keep the house cool in the summer months.
