These guys are great, saved my life. I had Precision for years, before they were so big, but precision told me I needed a new unit because of the orientation of mine that got moved during a remodel (I already replaced a new one with them a year before because the unit was 28 years old) so a work friend recommended Jose and SP Mechanical, they fixed the unit I was told to replace and it's still running, 2 years later!!! Don't get scammed, have good competent people work on your AC.

I would totally recommend SP mechanical for any service. Jose was very nice and helpful. They came to service and found somethings that were done wrong from the previous company I used. He was honest with me and was able to repair and fix the mistakes of the other company. His prices were reasonable. I will continue using them for other devices I made need in the future

Jose and his team did an excellent job upgrading the ductwork in our home that has very little attic space. He was willing to take on last minute changes and even an additional project that was quite difficult. They do high quality work at a reasonable cost.

The ductwork I get from Retro Kings is the highest quality I know of. They understand what I need and they produce it. They have helped me in emergency situations. They are quick, reliable, easy to deal with and they produce a superior product. In a world where quality is difficult to find, this is who you want making your metal. Example, I called in a twist transition, a twist transition, yes a twist transition at 1030, in an emergency, and picked it up at 130 and it was perfect!

I cannot express the gratitude I feel for Juan and Julio. My air stopped working on a Wednesday and I called on Friday when I got paid to get service before the Labor day holiday weekend. I should have called Wednesday night regardless but Juan was able to get someone out there later that day. I had sweated through two nights of 99 degree heat and certainly didn't want to do that until Tuesday over the holiday weekend. Julio showed up and he fixed it in an hour. He could have told me I needed a whole new unit (I will need one soon,I know) but was honest and fixed it so I could survive for now. I can't say how happy I am for their integrity and service, I highly recommend!!!!

I ordered in person and even tried to correct Juan when I saw the writing

I even expressed no rush. Paid upfront

They were rdy the next day. All wrong. Not useable at all for my needs

I was only offered “I will take care of you on the next one”

To be clear I explained to him I’m coming to him from another sheet metal shop that has customer service issues

Today I came in with drawing for a super basic mini split stand for a little 3.5” mini split

Juan not there. The guy was super nice but told me I could only call in an order to Juan. I explained that’s not gonna fly especially with last times experience

So two strikes last time. Sorry. Juan seems like a nice guy appreciate the referral

But this doesn’t work at at for my business needs
