I just want to put down on the written record how much I appreciate Valley's Best AC!! A couple years back, they were the only company I could find willing to come out to help install a mini-split and they did a great job. Most recently this week my main AC unit stopped blowing cool air, and they were able to send out their incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable tech Zach literally within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. Within two hours the AC unit was fixed and back to doing what AC units do best: cool houses in the hot phoenix summer! Can't say enough how much I appreciate their very reasonable pricing and incredible service. Thank you Valley's Best!!!

I've used them for many years.
A couple of years ago I had to replace my heating/ac units.
Chase gave me a great price and great installation.
I just had Henny, one of their service technicians complete the spring 2025 service and inspection and it's all working just fine.

Our AC broke down on a weekend and we called Valleys Best AC to come out. There technician John was very polite and fixed our system in a timely manner. Thank you John and Valleys Best AC for coming out quickly on a weekend and for fixing our AC.

We have been using Chase and his team for the last few years and it has always been a great experience. They have done everything from routine seasonal service on our units to a full install of duct work and 2 new units on a 3k square foot new build. Chase and his team did a fantastic job repair g our bathroom faucet and leak, as well as a new shutoff valve and hose bib. Professional, good communication, showed up, clean work, top notch these days for sure!

Set up a service call and they never showed up. Called to find out what happened and they said that the service call was cancelled since they couldn't come out when they said they would. This is not acceptable from a company in the service industry.

Always fast and reliable no matter the circumstances! Plenty of experienced and trustworthy techs that will help diagnose the issue and help take care of it!

Service was prompt. They let us know what the problem was and fixed the issue. Also let us know about repairs down the road. I would recommend this company.

No family time as a technician working up to 16hr work days 😵.
Could never focus on quality work when lots of jobs are expected, rushed & crammed into one days time.

When I called, the lady in the front desk was super nice and respectful. Got an appointment in at a reasonable time and the technician was professional and friendly.

Charlie from Polaris Refrigeration was at Home Depot at Talking Stick in company vehicle w his company shirt and name tag and left his shopping cart in the middle of the parking lot. This is the lazy person who cuts corners you’re hiring to work on your project.
