These guys are awesome, accommodating professional and friendly. They have an honest understanding of good work and great customer service. They saved my bacon after DIY got out of hand last year and have been my go-to HVAC guys ever since.

The follow up and work from the team here is great! They fixed a problem with my AC which made it work much better and save me money. Great communication, didn't try to charge ne for things I didn't need. Highly recommend!!

Had jason come in to fix my heater. Profesional work with reasonable pricing. Jason came in with an approach to fix and not to sell. Very responsive, very much on time. I highly recommend them.

John was finishing a job at Postinos when I asked him if he could help my friends and I . We just finished eating and noticed a flat tire , and me being 8 months pregnant , I was not allowed to change it . It was 117 degrees out and he could have walked past like many others did but he not only loosened the lug nuts but he proceeded to change the tire for us . It is things like that that stand out about a person and the company they work for. He didn’t have to help, nor change the tire , but he did and did it with a smile. I hope we didn’t put him too far behind on any jobs he might have had, but really do appreciate him and in the future will look to Kade for any jobs in the future.

Kade Mechanical is the best!

Just had an AC issue and John Kade fixed it. He was so thorough, very knowledgeable, explained everything, and he was honest and very reasonable with his prices. He did not try to upsell me on anything, he replaced a couple items needed but explained the reason and took pix to show me why.

I highly recommend his company for any AC issues/needs.

Highly aggressive driver driving their truck on the US 60 in mesa . Tailgating, speeding, cutting people off, brake checking. Maybe hire someone with emotional maturity next time. Wouldn't hire these guys to fix a lawn mower .

Great guys who know their stuff. Hard to find many companies that want to work on swamp coolers, but these guys not only fixed our problem, but went so far above and beyond it was ridiculous. We've had our SC for over 5 years and it always and I mean always had problems. They not only diagnosed the issues, but showed me pictures and videos while explaining the situation in layman terms. Sadly, due to the company who installed it the older one will have to be replaced next spring, but the newer one they have saved. Highly, highly recommended. Plus they are a small business team. Please call you won't regret it. Oh, I should also mention, for as much time they spent here their pricing is extremely fair.

Haven't actually used their services, but I just witnessed one of their employees put the company vehicle in park, in a safe place, hop out and push another vehicle out of a busy intersection. I can't comment on their work, or sense of urgency, but I can say that someone going out of their way just to help another, especially in the Arizona heat...is a great example of how we should all be with/towards each other. And only makes this company look even better. Please share with this gentleman that his good deed was witnessed and appreciated by others!

THE BEST COMPANY!!! Listen, when it comes to my business there is no surprises that something will break, cut out, stop working, or just randomly start smoking. Oh, and it'll always be on a weekend, during an event, or at a peak hour. This company is literally on my speed dial as the first contact. The list is literally endless on what they are capable of. But it's the professionalism, the patience, the determination, the quality, the honesty, and the trust factor that brings me relief the second I know they are on the way. I honestly can rest easy because of the superhero like effort they give. I literally thank God for this company. Do yourself the favor and look no further. You will not find any better. Period.

Some background: I had a 30+ year old Trane unit that was dying and needed a replacement. I was recommended to KADE through a friend. Jason was very professional and always quick to reply. He explained everything that was wrong and took pictures to show me what was happening on the roof. He walked me through my options and I decided (as my unit was 30 years old) to go with a new unit.

I live on the first floor of a 2 story condo unit. Jason came over with his partner and in less than 4 hours he had everything installed. I was very impressed with the service.

I needed my heater fixed at the time it was very cold & rainy . john was on time & very professional. Never tried to sell me any thing I wasn't trying to purchase at the time. He fixed my heater at a very reasonable price. Kade mechanical will be my go to when I purchase a new unit!

Kade was fantastic! My tech Jason, was right on time and did the job fast and thorough. I can’t thank Jason and Kade enough! It was 117 that day and within an hour he had my ac blowing ice cold. I was surprised by the low bill too. I expected to pay way more but happy that I didn’t have to! I will definitely use Kade again for any future ac work.

Jason has been providing me AC service for years, making time to come whenever I have needed him. And this summer Jason and KADE made themselves available to install a new AC unit at my house the same day the old AC went out completely and for a totally reasonable price. As a single woman there’s nothing like knowing you have a service person you can trust in your home. Even my dogs like him! I will always rely on Jason and KADE!

John and Jason are top notch! They have serviced our residential hvac for years and they were a natural choice for replacement when it was needed. Fair pricing, honest, and quick. Our new unit is more efficient, quieter, and should last for years. They even came out and replaced a circuit breaker (unrelated) a year later with no charge!!!! I contacted Kade Mechanical as soon as my AC started blowing hot air, a Sunday night. Fearing I was going to be needing a new unit, John assured me that he would get to the bottom of the issue. Very impressed with how fast Jason came to our site. We had a freezer going out and he was there in a very short time and fixed it. We didn’t have any damage to our frozen products.
Also, he did something that other company wasn’t able to do.
We had a freezer door that wasn’t closing automatically. Jason simply adjusted it and it works great.
Previous company we worked with said that we needed to replace the door, that it can’t be fixed. Plus they charged us for the time doing their “research” to give us the quote for the new door.

These guys are the best! When my very old AC quit blowing cold, they were there within 3 hours and had it up and running again fast. The techs had everything to fix it correctly on their van and offered to refund the installed parts if they ended up having to replace the unit within 90 days. That’s truly above and beyond service. A+

Kade Mechanical is awesome. I called them because my air conditioner wasn't working at it was 106 degrees outside. They said they could come out that day but it would be about 3 hours. Then they called me back that they had a cancellation and could come right away. They did and fixed it right away. They are friendly, honest and their work is quality. I would highly recommend that. Quality work at a fair and honest price.

Both of these guys did an excellent job. I had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the installation process and during the quote initial phases and all of my concerns were addressed in a timely and educated manner. My install was for a brand new air conditioner that is much more efficient than my previous one as well as they were doing a dual-zone installation for me which was a massive Improvement in my two story house. They also addressed some issues from the previous installation which improved efficiencies for me as well. I highly recommend them not only for the great customer service but installation and price for also exceptional.
