JT did an excellent job on both communicating with me and was very patient with me in regards to make a decision. He was very reasonably priced and responsive. He showed up on time and performed a thorough job on replacing my mini split unit. Would recommend him highly.

JT did an excellent job it was almost 110° outside and over 100° inside my house. I called JT he came out within a few hours. Installed some electrical components and have my AC up and running within an hour. Excellent service great prices highly recommend.!

Over the last year, I have had this company replace all three of my AC units. They are punctual, tidy and most importantly know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend them.

The pricing was great. They offered several options which we didn’t choose the cheapest. They came when they said & got it installed in a day. They used all new parts which some of the other companies implied to use some of our old components. They gave us a year supply of filters. It also came with an extended service warranty besides the manufacturer’s warranty. It’s just been installed but it is running smooth & quieter than our old unit.

My family and I recently experienced a cooling emergency at 7:00pm on a Tuesday. We contacted Anello A/C and Josh, the manager, came out to help us. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and acted quickly to get our house cool. When he determined we needed a new unit and it would not be fixed right away, he drove over an hour to get portable AC units and installed them carefully and quietly in our house so our kiddos could sleep comfortably. Josh never made us feel like an inconvenience, despite the late hour and high needs. There was also no extra charge for the after hour service call, which is amazing. Over the next days he and his company patiently assisted my technology challenged parents with obtaining financing and getting our new unit installed quickly. They even scheduled the crane for when our kids could be home from school to watch. The whole experience was very positive and we will be using Anello from now on. I highly recommend their services to everyone!

My heat went out and my furnace was only five years old. It started going out in just four years. Part after part was going out. I wanted to just get rid of and get a new one. I went on Google to look for a good honest company. After reading reviews I picked Anello because of the good heart felt reviews. I am glad I did. He came to help on a Saturday when the heat went out. Anello said which part was going out and it could be replaced. He said He could keep the system running for a year or two. Then I asked him about replacing the whole flakey system. He has one that works very well with a ten year parts and labor warranty. I went for it. Since he got the old one working he said he could put the new one on Monday and if the heat went off until then to call and that he would bring heaters. Well now I have the new one and did not caust as much as the old one did. I noticed that there is more heat blowing out of the air ducts than the last two. He said that is because there are two places on the units that most companies do not bother to seal when they could. Now I have more heat and the system does not have to run as long. I also asked him to check the AC system and he said it is fine and does not need to be replaced or repaired. Also Anello even took off the fee for the Saturday visit when I got the new system. I am glad I found the right company.

I first talked to Daniel for service request for a new heater and A/C and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent customer service. He listened to what I needed, gave him the information he asked about my heater and a/c. I received a quote within 2 two hours. Setup an appointment with his tech (the owner) he came out and did the walked through and verified the new installment. The value was in my budget and he gave me senior discount of 10% off. The owner JT and Jesse were both on time. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and excellent service. They cleaned up after finishing the job!

Called on Tuesday and they came out on Wednesday. Check my out system and the setup was good and the flow from my propane tank was to low.

I had a plumbing emergency and had no idea who to call. I called Parker and sons since they advertise heavily about their customer service.

They weren't lying. The came out same day and assessed what needed to be done. The guy that cane out was Connor and he was 5 star all the way. He worked with my schedule to get the repair done and I am very happy with the service.

If I need any plumbing work done in the future I will call Parker and sons first.

Elijah, the technician (Electrician) was a great person to deal with, very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything he was doing. I appreciate the transparency of the company on how much it will cost before and after tools are needed. I also use them for my HVAC services, great company.

Victor came out and helped with our yearly maintenance on the AC. He fixed an issue and our system is working great. I always appreciate the technicians that have come out from Parker and Sons. We’ve had multiple water related damage and all have been knowledgeable and fixed the issue. It was a pleasure to have Victor come out and assist. Thank You

Review for Paul Foley – Water Service Technician

Paul was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Paul came to do a free water softener assessment of my current older water softener unit and provide me input on next steps. He thoroughly tested my water for calcium, inspected my older water-softening unit, and clearly explained that it wasn’t functioning efficiently anymore. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to look over everything, including the outside spigot connected to the loop.

He was also extremely patient and respectful with scheduling, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Paul for anyone needing water system service or diagnostics or replacement.

Riley came by the house to repair a leaking water main. It was urgent as we were leaving for vacation in 3 days. And he did an amazing job repairing our water main leak. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I held the umbrella for shade! See pics.

Fast and friendly. Rep came out on Tuesday for over 2 hours and gave us a bid for a new Lennox 19.5 Seer2 system. They installed it on Friday. EXCELLENT RESULTS! All 4 guys of the Installation crew were great, Wonderful experience and will use again.

Today, 3/5/2026, we had our ducts cleaned & I was very impressed as to how carefully they carried out their job!! Michael & Noe were very professional & attentive to detail, very meticulous, careful & extremely clean! Again, I'm very happy how the cleaning of ducts turned out!! Keep up the great work !!
