Connor did an extra ordinary job in fixing our water service line which burst during the weekend. He was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. It was not an easy fix because the busted pipe was under the driveway and it also involved a good size of trench to dig. The first thing Connor did was providing us with temporary water for us to use and then he spent the next few days finishing the repair. The job was done neatly, thoroughly, and exceptionally well - high quality work. Connor even put the landscape condition back as it was, without leaving any trace. Highly recommend Parker & Son for all plumbing works.

I recently had a new water heater put in by Parker and Sons and I can't say enough about my technician Toby! He explained everything and did a top notch installation. He is a down to earth guy and a pleasure to talk to. Parker and Sons is lucky to have him.

Cameron is very knowledgeable. From his initial contact very professional, very friendly, courteous and we learned a lot about water systems. We are moving from the East and we were concerned about the water here in AZ. Cameron not only heard our concerns he listened carefully which many people fall short of doing, especially salesman.

Angel the awesome man who installed the system ‘the very sane day’ lived up to his name. Angel provided “knock your socks off customer service” which is rear today. Thank you Angel.He answered all our questions, shared information every step of the install, extremely knowledgeable, organized and clean. After Angel completed the install he explained, slowly as I was writing, how to care for the system. He cleaned up and thanked us for our purchase and time. Another wow factor.

Had a fantastic experience with Parker & Sons! Adam Rohn came out to install my water softener, and he was excellent. He showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and his craftsmanship was clean and precise. It’s refreshing to see someone take pride in their work. Thank you, Adam, and thank you Parker & Sons!

Had a technician come out to install my new hardwired fire/carbon monoxide alarms. The technician, Ethan, was nice, quick, and made sure I was well informed regarding price before completing the install. I was unaware my previous alarms were so old and am grateful for their help getting the new ones installed so fast. Although they can be pricey-it’s worth it and I would still recommend their company because their techs have always been top notch and give me peace of mind that the tasks are completed properly and well.

My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with every step of the process while purchasing our new AC, Heating unit from Parker Brothers and Home Depot. Everyone involved was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. The installation was smooth and quick, and Caleb, Jesus and the crew were fabulous. Beautiful job!

I must say I have been pleasantly surprised by the technicians with Parker and Sons as well as the company as a whole. They are over and above the expectations I had after dealing with other companies both well known and smaller family operated. They have been informative and honest. No pushy tactics and very personable. As of now they will be my go to company for projects in my home, from air conditioning to plumbing and beyond. I am excited that there are still companies that take pride in their buisness while still being priced fair. Give them a try, I'm happy I did.

Replacement of smoke detectors. For the estimate, the representative (Jeovanny) came out earlier than expected which was very good. He was very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. Then he came out for the installation/replacement of the smoke detectors. He was quick thorough and once again very kind. Explain and tell me what I needed to know. Cleaned up after his work and just a very pleasant experience all around. I will definitely use them again and hopefully Jeovanny for electrical.

Called Super Bowl Sunday morning and they were here by 1pm. Got my water heater replaced and working by game time! Aaron was great at explaining what he was doing and the options we had. Very polite and respectful, we couldn’t be happier!

Way too expensive to replace two taps and a water down spout on leaking bathtub valves! I pointed the teck to the leak he said he needed to do a $350.00 leak location again I pointed him to the leak hearing water flowing in the wall by the bathtub! He went to the water meter went to the side faucet went to the water heater and then back to the bathtub 5 minutes cost $350.00. He returned from the store with two never bales a down spout and two cooper connectors he installed them in 15 minutes and charged over $2,300.00 absolute insane rip off! I would never call or recommend them to anyone! They charge like a brain surgeon absolutely insane! Don’t ever call them to do anything Parker and Son is a ripe off organization! Gabor Zolna

The electrician was knowlegable and detailed in his explanations which helped us better understand what needed to be done. He went over-and-above to complete a much needed installation and worked late into the evening completing it.
I was surpried that Parker & Sons did not have smoke detectors on their trucks. We needed one put up and we needed them to install it because we have vaulted ceilings and we can't
Now we must buy them at home depot and ask them to come back. Look up at the fan and then to the left for a round smoke detector to see why we needed them to have smoke detectors on their trucks.

Parker and Sons is one of the best companies I have encountered as of late! We had an issue with our water heater tripping our breaker and I had scheduled another company to come fix the issue. Suffice to say, they showed barely any effort to help us. That is when I looked online for another company and found Parker and Sons. I scheduled an appointment the same day not expecting much. I was extremely pleased at the response time of this company. Not even thirty minutes after I had scheduled the appointment, one of their technicians, Barry Bridge, called me saying he could come in earlier than the scheduled appointment. I was thrilled! He showed amazing customer service and professionalism! He almosted immediately found the issue, along with a much larger one. He also showed amazing compassion and kept our options wide open to what we should do. Not only that but he got the job done quick and with great care. He is someone who really does take pride in their work and I love that. If you need electrical work done and want someone honest and caring, Barry Bridge is your guy! If I could I would give 6 stars!

They did an awesome job! Parker & Sons are great to work with!! The people were nice, extremely competent and knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. We had our hot water tank, water softener system, and RO systems replaced all at once. Great job… Excellent service… Highly recommend it! We called to have Parker & Sons repair the shower system installed with our bathroom remodel. They were able to see us the same day with only a 2 hour window. Alayna Chavez
Was sent and listened patiently to the issue we were experiencing. She explained the options, called the manufacturer, removed all of our shower and vanity items to protect from dust, Carefully cut through the tile and cement board, and there it was plumbed incorrectly ! Alayna correctly re plumbed the valve with professional fittings, turned the water back on to confirm the repair and that the shower now does work properly. Sealed up the exposed wall where the tile was removed.
Alayna left our bathroom cleaner than when she arrived. A complete professional.. knowledgeable efficient and a darn good plumber.

We should have called Parker & Sons to do the plumbing in the first place as they are now our first call.

Had an amazing experience with our whole house Ecowater & reverse osmosis system. Just purchased a new build in Goodyear. As we were leaving the Costco in Surprise we stopped & spoke Irene (rep for Parker & Sons). We called her as soon as our house closed this past Wednesday. She scheduled an appt. For today Friday 9.26.25. We were very impressed with Jeff the sales rep. He is just a matter of fact and very knowledgeable of the Ecowater system. I had a lot of questions that were answered professionally. No high pressure sales just gave us information & the confidence that we were with the right team. Buying through Costco even more sealed the deal. The last question was how far are you out for installation? Parker is a very large company & he made a call to dispatch and Manuel (service technician was here @ 12 noon & 2 hours later done) Manuel did a great job and is friendly & very knowledgeable & professional in his field. This was an over all a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Parker & Sons for your plumbing needs.

Appt was easy, communication was appropriate, work was done quickly after a quick trip to the supply house. Levi, our service plumber, was great. He was timely and cleaned up the area as if he hadn't been there. I do think we paid an excessive amount of money for the service, but I agreed to it. I would recommend Parker and sons, just not sure if there is some premium pricing for the time of year.

Parker and Sons arrived within an hour on a Friday evening a day after Christmas. The technician, Elijah, quickly diagnosed our problem. He walked me through what was wrong and scheduled us for a new panel installation. He was up front with us about pricing and what to expect as it was a pricey repair. Ultimately, when the day came for the new panel installation we paid less than what we were originally given for a quote.

Thank you, Elijah, Brandon, and Parker and Sons for helping us so promptly with great service and a quality installation. These type things never happen at a good time and you made it easier considering the circumstances of the holiday weekend.

We purchased the whole house water Filter with soft water and RO for our kitchen at the same time I purchased a second RO for a future kitchen for my mother, which is now complete today they came out installed the second RO system. It works perfectly. He was courteous and thorough and tested everything thank you so much.

Dave at Parker & Sons was AMAZING!! we had several mom and Pop plumbers. Come out to tell us what was wrong and charges for different jobs and still the job did not get fixed. When contacting Parker & Sons I figured it was best to get a corporate bigger company out to give me their opinion and price. Yes, It was not a cheap repair but at this point, whatever it took to get it fixed was important. Dave took his time did everything very neat was absolutely cleaned and explained every step every detail. I would definitely call and schedule with Parker & Sons again and my request will always be Dave!! Dave is a soul sent from heaven!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks. Truly they are a professional team. We had a water softener installed, and then an RO system in the kitchen, with an added-on alkalizer to remineralize the water, and we also got a couple bathroom faucets replaced. I loved the thoughtfulness and personalities of the skilled tradespeople who did the work as well as the sales contact Paul, who initially came to give us a quote, who also used to be an installer himself.

They seem like a good culture and I felt great about them being in my home & giving them my business. My scaredy-cat, who always runs & hides from everyone, even lounged on the floor in the middle of the living room while they walked around him in their shoes with the shoe-cover sleeves on. Which was also a nice thoughtful add.

If this reads like I’m a salesperson for them, I’m not, but that’s because I actually sell professional services in the technology industry. I’m a Director of Service Sales & I believe in everyone providing great services for each other! I don’t want our culture to come to expect mediocre, crummy experiences. So I make a point to celebrate and champion great services wherever I cross it.
