Way Cool was great. I received a flyer in the mail, submitted a request online, received a phone, answered a few quick questions, and someone was on site within a few hours. They phoned me when they were en route / 30 or so minutes out, and they phoned me again with their findings / recommendations. I then received a thorough summary and quote for parts & labor necessary for restoring functionality. Keep up the good work Brandon - awesome job guy. Way Cool for the win. ;-)

Jerry was very thorough during our home / HVAC inspection. He identified ways to improve our air quality. I recommend Way Cool they are friendly and honest.

Chris and Junior are an exceptional, professional team who collaborate very well together to gather data to make a diagnosis for needed repairs. I'm not sure I can afford the cost for these repairs right now. I do plan to get other bids. If they are within range of the bid I received from Chris, I will do business with Way Cool.

Rico came out from Way Cool. He was prompt and gave arrival time notice. This is the heating portion of the maintenance contract. Rico is professional with a good sense of humor. After the inspection and cleaning Rico reviewed his findings and offered recommendations but not a hard sell, just recommendations to prolong the life of the units. I definitely recommend Way Cool and Rico for heating and cooling.

Nate performed our winter maintenance. He was fantastic and took his time going through all the necessary steps. So far this is the best HVAC company for maintenance I have used. I appreciated their honesty and reasonable prices.

Today, my HVAC was professionally serviced by Javier. I had never even thought about using the adverb "professionally" in a rating/review prior to meeting Javier. When he arrived, he was extremely courteous and offered me a kind greeting/introduction. He briefly described the tasks at hand and immediately began to service my unit. I am extremely impressed with the expertise and care he demonstrated to complete the job. Javier was super thorough and I felt as if he was performing the maintenance on his personal unit which added to my trust in his ability to complete an in-depth tune up. After the completion of the job, I was so satisfied that I asked him to please sign me up for another annual service agreement. Great job, Javier! Way Cool Plumbing, is extremely lucky to have you on their team.

I had a leak in a bathroom and was able to get Chris out really fast. He kept me involved on the process and of all the options available to me. He also loved my dogs!

Great company! Installed two heat pumps 6 years ago and even took care of registering the 10 year parts/labor warranties. Just finished the semi-annual inspection where John (great guy) cleaned not only the inner and outer coils but also the blower motor and fan. That's as well as checking all the electronics, coolant, etc. Unlike other companies, these guys don't try to up-sell you every time they come for inspection. Highly recommended.

We contacted Way Cool in June 2025 because one of our tenant's AC units (in a Scottsdale condo) wasn't working properly, Way Cool charged $89 for the "diagnosis" and then said that the unit needed to be replaced for $4,547. I spoke to the individual who performed the diagnosis, but he was quite inarticulate, and I was unable to understand what he was saying. I repeatedly asked the company for an explanation as to what was wrong with the unit (my tenant was without an operating living room AC in a Scottsdale summer, so I was eager to have the matter resolved), but the company was somehow unable to get back to me with this information (although they did repeated email invoices.) I contacted the condo's concierge office to get a list of recommended AC vendors and was surprised to find that this company (which previously operated under a different name) was no longer on their recommended vendor list. At that point, I started to really have doubts about the "diagnosis" and reputability of this company. So, I contacted another company on the list. After the second company inspected the unit (at no change), they told me that a part needed to be replaced, and that the charge would be $1,250, all in. When I discussed Way Cool's diagnosis and estimate with the second company, I was told that this type of conduct (i.e., telling customers that entire expensive units needed to be replaced, rather than repairing them ) is widespread in a less-than-scrupulous industry. In any event, within a matter of days, the work was completed by the second company. That was more than six months ago, and we have not had any problems since. By contacting them, we saved $3,386.

I want to thank the entire Way Cool team for their services, professionalism, kindness, and the prompt attention they provide at every moment. They installed a new air conditioning system and a water purification system in my home. It's the best investment we've made, and we've been supported by the best technicians from this company every step of the way.

Nice technician, good service. Pretty nice for a free maintenance package. I like that I buy one for $179.99 and I get the second free. I just wish every company wasn’t trying to upsell. But I guess it’s part of the business. I’ve always been happy with the service that I’m provided from Way Cool!

Javier C fom Way Cool did an extremely thorough job with our annual HVAC service. He arrived punctually and was extremely courteous and professional, even wearing shoe booties without having to be asked. In addition to cleaning the coils and servicing the unit, he also changed out the air filters throughout the house. I saw him testing the temperature from different vents, making sure the units were optimally running. You could tell he was very meticulous and was not just rushing so that he could just move on to the next job. After he was done, he vacuumed over the area he worked to clean any mess. I would highly recommend him.

I'm revising my review of this firm and changing their rating to three stars. . . after my initial post, the Sales Manager called me and got me the information that was promised to me. He explained their proposal in much more detail which helped me understand that their technician just hadn't done a good job explaining things.

They were supposed to do an AC system check-up . . . The Technician was more focused on getting my wife to agree to an annual maintenance agreement. We told him we weren’t interested in a pressure sale but wanted a written proposal as well as a report on the condition of our equipment. The Technician said he would follow up with all the information but nothing has ever been sent.

Adam and Robert came out and they were absolutely amazing! They were so professional and I really appreciated their honesty. Look forward to using way cool again!
