So excited and happy about my entire experience with Way Cool Plumbing and Air. I knew I wanted a Trane A/C unit .. Way Cool was listed on Trane's website with 5 star reviews and hands down lived up to all 5 stars and then some.
I got bids from several HVAC outfits but went with Way Cool for several reasons...
1. Don, who came out to bid the job, was able to clearly lay out all the features, advantages/disadvantages, discounts and tax credits on the various units to make my buying decision easy. The reason why I mention this is because another company without the numbers saavy would have charged me an additional $4K for the same unit.
2. Zach, one of Way Cool's technicians, also came out on the initial call to give me a repair quote on my old machine in case I wanted to go the bandaid route versus buying a new unit..
3. Jose Miranda and Michael did the install in one day - Super nice, friendly guys doing quality work - Can't beat that! I'm blown away by how they re-configured the closet where the unit sits: completely sealing areas that had formerly been left open to crawl spaces under the house (think mice!) and sealing outside entry points with foam. Lots of attention to detail, going the extra mile, doing things right.
4. One of the owners, Kendra, popped in to check in and thank us for choosing Way Cool.. You can see how much everyone enjoys working for this company.. lots of support for the employees and the homeowners.
5. Need to mention meeting Jorge who came today to make a few adjustments.. .. these guys are perfectionists.. they don't leave a job until it's up to their high standards.
Quality work! This install is such an upgrade over my former install .. I'm thrilled!

Service was very efficient as usual. Increased air flow in a bedroom that gets hot in the summer. Loooing forward to seeing how it works….

Just had my winter check. Edwin G. did a great job going over the check with me. Also gave me some great advice on keep my unit cleaner and running smoother. Alway has had a great experience with Way Cool.

Vance is the best!! From the initial conversation with the office, to his arrival today EVERYONE HAS BEEN MORE THAN AWESOME!! I must say they are definitely way 😎 cool. Edwin was super thorough with our latest cleaning, polite, and had shoe covers without asking, love that! The annual membership does seem to be worth it! Company is reliable, easy to schedule.

We recently had both of our HVAC units replaced, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Way Cool HVAC! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and downright impressive.

Kendra Harrison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She was kind, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. She truly cared about our comfort and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy...and we are!

The install crew was awesome, everything was clean and efficient, and we can already feel the difference. If you're looking for a family owned company that delivers great service with people who actually care - this is it.

For years when they were N.V.M. their service was top notch. Used them for all my rental properties, never an issue. They were the ones to call. I guess im just old school because I just can't get with this new system. everything is A.I. garbage, billing issues, service delays, calls from numbers that come up on caller id as a dental office and don't leave a message. I'm giving them one more try and its already starting again. I just hope their service is still as good as it was.

Extent of maintenance performed on A/C units under the annual maintenance plan is impressive and highly valued given the inherent benefit of extending the life of the unit as new units are ridiculously expensive. You will need to travel far and wide to find a service as robust and honest as found with the local family owned WayCool company. I switched service from a nationally owned company recently and could not be happier. The difference is Night and Day

Kodi was great. He worked fast, fixed the issue and explained everything, and was super pleasant. We enjoyed having him in our home. This was our first time using Way Cool and we would absolutely become a repeat customer.

The plumbing work that I requested was not a routine well defined job. Leslie clearly understood what I wanted because the end result of his work was perfect! Also, my wife really appreciated that the time that water was shutoff was less than expected. Great job Leslie!

We needed our ACs checked and Richaard came out and discovered a hot electrical outlet and singed wires which could have led to a devastating outcome. He immediately identified the issues and was able to come back out right away to replace the outlet and cords. He's so knowledgeable and also polite and engaging, answering all my questions since I know nothing about AC! Will recommend WAY COOL to everyone now! Thank you!

Chris did a complete home audit. It was free as a maintenance plan member ($179). Although the findings were many and needing efficiency updating. Chris was very though, very patient, and explained the benefits to the comfort for both heating and cooling, as well as insulation requirements to not over task my rooftop gas package unit. I may have been a little slow to pick u on the fact my duct work returns were not the state of the art efficiency needed. He was very good with the pictures, explanations, and how to optimize pricing.

Tech Zach Herrera was great! I was up on the roof when Zach opened up the unit and showed me where the problem was. Both coils were leaking badly. He explained my options and I elected to replace the unit as it was 15 years old.
A/C installers Jorge and Jose did an amazing job. I highly recommend Way Cool for any of your air conditioning needs. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. 1st Class company!!!!

David was here to install all new insulation after the new ductwork. David took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and neatly, at that. He even came back out when I had noticed some caulking that had dripped on my carpet upstairs and I wasn't sure how to get it out. David came back out to take care of it and the owner, Kirk showed up as well. These are the little things that show so much professionalism and excellent customer service. Professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and respectful of my home. Highly recommend Way Cool Plumbing & Air for all your plumbing/ac needs.

Carlos and Pedro did a great job with a new heat pump and air handler install. They were courteous and professional and answered all my questions along the way. Kyle was helpful in explaining the various options and cost benefits of the various units. Richaard did our recent tune up and helped suggest some things we could do to prolong the life of our other systems. Overall good coordination from the various team members at Way Cool. Thank you.

Came to clean my AC unit on the roof. Employee was very professional. After the service I got a detailed list of the good and bad on my unit with pictures. Employee was open to my questions and wasn't pushy with the repair service upsell. Overall pleasant experience.

This was a biannual check-up for our air conditioner installed in November 2024. We received a text in advance alerting us of his arrival. He went right to work when he arrived. He was very professional yet friendly. He offered to change the air filter in the ceiling, which he did not have to do. He offered us a couple of options for additional service which I did not take advantage of at this time. It was not a hard sell, but we discussed them. He is a fine representation for WayCool and I would be more than happy if he were the service tech at our next service.

Jeff came to my house to install a water treatment system for me, and he was above and beyond professional with detailed work. Jeff had everything figured out and made sure that I knew what was going on before it was done, and the area was more clean after he finished. Thanks!

I’ve been a long-term member with Way Cool here in the Valley, and my recent experience with our AC technician, Isaac, was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, Isaac was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and worked diligently to ensure our system was running smoothly. My wife and I truly appreciated his respectful attitude and attention to detail. I recently signed up for Way Cool’s maintenance membership program. I had a thorough Plumbing and HVAC inspection. The team was fantastic. First Kodi knocked out all the plumbing items we needed resolved, along with a thorough inspection of the house. Then. Edwin came by the following week and even though we weren’t experiencing any current issues, he provided a thorough HVAC maintenance check on the entire house. He caught some big areas of concern with our 10 year old unit’s capacitor on its last leg, and before risking a long summer of heat, he worked within the warranty and installed new equipment as needed. They were both up front with costs and options, which ultimately helped me make a comfortable decision. Highly recommend.
