Called the mainline here because they’re local to me, figured I’d check them out first. The guy I spoke to only mentioned one cost for the service I inquired about so I agreed to the $100 service, half expected to pay $150 or so. The tech shows up after the scheduled time and tells me the services I agreed to equates to $700+ and that his “inspection” (a 1 min walk through to view vents) was $69. Total scam, I have never been so upsold in my life. I confirmed on the call one price and the guy kept saying yep, that’s all it’ll cost, just to end up with a huge made up number, no mention of an inspection fee or per vent fee. Please consider shopping around.
