Chase was especially impressive—kind, courteous, and extremely professional. He even took the time to cover his shoes before coming inside, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was that he didn’t rush the job; he spent extra time making sure our thermostat was properly set up and that we fully understood how to use it.

It’s rare to find this level of care and customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful HVAC service!

They are tricky. I paid a lot of money to them for 2 new systems for rental homes at the same time and was told by Jason that both were complete systems. The costs for each system was the same and when one of the systems failed a year later, I was then told that that one wasn't a complete system. I took them to court, and lost because of the way they wrote up the contract. Buyer beware!

Very professional crew to install my new heat pump. Pricing was reasonable. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Extremely happy with their work performance ! Done in 4 hours.

Excellent service when I called to replace my hvac unit. Competitively priced and were very efficient. I did also called for a check on the unit two years later to make sure it was working well and to have cleaned. Recommend them.

Amazing company! We are currently out of state and are selling our home in San Tan Valley and we looked up several companies and were pleased to see this companies reputation and reviews. We called them and they came right out the say Day. Looked at our inspection report and got our home taken care of and ready for it to be sold.

I woke up cold on Friday morning, called in about 635 am and left a message. As soon as Tiffany got to the office, she called back. She scheduled me for the same day and sent someone out within hours. Fortunately it was only a fuse within the unit.
We were so pleased with the promptness and professionalism that WE asked our tech if we could sign up for the semi-annual cleanings that day. A very long time ago my job was to perform cleanings on HVAC equipment, and I know regular cleanings truly do extend the life of HVAC equipment. I had checked into spring and fall cleanings before but the other companies were extreamly overpriced.
Northern Air promptly provides experienced, professional technicians at reasonable prices. Here are my 7 stars*******

This is the second year we have used Northern for our yearly check up. They are so very responsive when you call for your appointment. They show up within the time frame stated. Communicate well. Tech was professional, neat and clean and clearly explained what need to be done to maintain the units. He Even cleaned up the debris that fell when he accessed the attic.

The crew at Northern Air are top notch in what they do. Very professional and service oriented company. I contacted them in the evening and they were able to get a tech out first thing the next morning. Did a thorough diagnosis and fixed it right away. My A/C was up and running in no time.

Mark was amazing! I was running REALLY late to meet him at my house from where I had been staying and he was so patient and understanding. I talked to him and gave the “go” to start working on the outside unit even though I wasn’t home yet. By the time I arrived they had the problem fixed. Highly recommend this company!

Its not easy to get a review from me. I decided to this time because, this AC company gives new AC techs a chance to gain experience. If your sending a new guy out with limited experince break him in on the easy stuff first, Mike was his name very personable, I noticed his experience was limited in talking with him and so did he. He made certain to stay within his strength. When he exhausted his options he called for further instructions. most AC companies are suspect in this regard, and dont allow their techs to develop skills the correct way. In our business we need service providers to come out in a timely manner, do the job correctly, if they make a mistake fix it & charge a fair price while not making it all up as they go. My experience with Northern Air was a positive we'll use them again! Dont beat them up to bad if there not perfect. Perfection in any business is impossible, buts its a great goal to shoot for!

Super happy with the quick response and emergency service repairs provided. We had no heat in our medical office Monday morning and by 8:00a.m. I had a call back from the owner, Jason to see how he could help. Jason and his team of experts at Norther Air Mechanical Services saved the day! They quickly responded and sent technician Scott out to diagnose the issue and repair our heater and before long we were able to make our office warm enough for patients and visitors. They were also able to fix our wifi thermostat the RIGHT WAY....we had previously paid another commercial HVAC biz to install new wifi thermostats 6 months ago and we thought all was well...until we needed to switch to heat. Only then did we find that our "professionally installed" thermostats would not work for heat and were not installed/programmed correctly for our commercial HVAC equipment. Luckily, Scott knew what to do to get our wifi thermostats programed to correctly operate the specific equipment we have. It is refreshing to have competent, professional HVAC technicians who know how to solve problems and actually fix things the RIGHT WAY the 1st TIME around!

Had Scott and Travis here on Monday to check and clean my AC unit and the units of two of my neighbors. We were all very happy with the experience. Scott and Travis arrived as scheduled, were thorough and efficient. We will have them back next season or before if needed.

Too often people reach out to complain, but never to commend outstanding customer service and care such as we received from them. We are new homeowners and frustereated with our home warranty and manufacutur warranty. Tiffany is very knowledgeable about the home warranty process and explained it well. We did not end up going with this company for the repairs though. The repairs were not going to be covered by our home warranty so we decided to go with the company who has been servicing our unit.

The company installed my heat pump a number of years ago. Problems- They were able come out quickly, identify the problem and get things happening with warranty still intact. I was away and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. 👍

We have used Jason for 3+ years. Recently we had a home sale requiring his expertise to evaluate the home's system. They were very fast, very thorough and detailed in their analysis and report (incl pictures & video).

Northern Air is GREAT, Travis serviced our air conditioner he was nice, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and just great all the way around. Cost was great, no over charging. I will not use any other company but Northern Air. Thank you Travis and Tiffany.

We had Northern Air come out after another company tried to rip us off. They were very professional and courteous and got everything taken care of for us. We appreciate the communication and even taking texts from my wife often. We would recommend them and will use them again. Thanks!

While I was assisting my brother with his problematic air conditioner in the hot weather of PHX, his home warranty company assigned his work order to Northern Mechanical out of San Tan Valley Arizona. I personally called this company after almost 3 days of no return call to schedule his service needs. I spoke with a very rude and arrogant guy named Jason. He identified his self as the owner in the beginning. As I asked about scheduling he then said he was just the on call tech. He said a lady would call us in the morning(another day waiting) to schedule. He then informed me that since we are issuing a home warranty, they will not provide after hours service. I then asked if I should have the work order assigned to another contractor. He then word for word replied “ go ahead and wait another 5 days” then hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to my enemies. Such horrible customer service and no sense of regency for someone in need of their help. If your home warranty assigns this company to you, ask for another contractor. These unprofessional so called service providers are not worth the head ache. Hope this saves someone the frustrations we have had to endure.
