My refrigerator stopped cooling. I had family coming the following weekend from out of State, my daughter’s wedding.
I Googled refrigerator repair, found United Appliances and Air... they answered immediately, and told me they could come later that same day!
Ruslan, their representative/technician called before coming and said he was running about 30 minutes late. He came promptly when he said he would be here. Diagnosed the problem and gave me an affordable estimate.
He ordered the parts and made arrangements to be here 2 working days later to repair, which he did.
I was impressed by his professionalism and his working knowledge. He is an asset to his employer.
After the repair he called twice to insure all was working fine.
Overall, I would recommend to my friends and neighbors to use Google for all their needs and to call United Appliances and Air for all their appliance needs! I give the 5 stars for their quick response and diligent desire for great customer service!

I am very happy with United Appiances and Air. Rulan came on the same day that I called. He repaired both my freezer and commercial refrigerator in a timely fashion and was very respectfull, communicative and experienced in what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone, I know I will use him again when the time comes.

The refrigerator went out on the weekend, we called and by 3pm he was there to diagnosis the problem, he was able to fix the problem and get our 17 year old refrigerator and freezer working again. I now have him on speed dial and will use this business again.
