Russell was wonderful. This was a difficult repair and he made it happen. Always in good contact. He was knowledgeable and professional. So glad we found him. We had two other companies look and they didn’t care enough to try. So grateful Russell knew his stuff and made it happen.

Russel was recommended by the company we bought our appliances from. He was here in a flash, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and it was repaired before the date he estimated. Very patient, great communicator.

Russell was very courteous and professional! He had to come back 3 times, as it was a tricky repair. But he was very determined to get it done! He also searched out the best, yet least expensive parts, to help me save money! My fridge is now brand new again, and should give me many more years of use! Thank you Russell! I highly recommend this company and Russell. I called him yesterday around 3 PM about an issue with my freezer and he showed up by 6 PM and was able to fix the problem the same day. Very professional and through. I am definitely keeping him in my contacts for any future issues.

Ruslan, our technician, was prompt, very friendly, and knew his task replacing the control board in our SubZero freezer. I would recommend him to anyone. Very happy to get the freezer operational again.

Every time we have had an issue with one of our appliances I have used United Appliance and Air. I have had issues with my oven, washing machine and just recently my fridge. They are quick to respond and come out same day or the next and get it fixed right away. I highly recommend using them and would so give them 10 stars if this site would let me!!

The quality of service was top notch. He was quick to come so I didn’t loose all my food. I loved how Rusan showed me what was wrong and how it was working after replacing the motor. The BEST customer service was him following up the next day to be sure everything was working right. It’s so hard to get good service these days and I really appreciated it here. Thank you!

I called United Appliances and Air at 7 pm on a Saturday night with a refrigerator problem. Ruslan arrived the same evening, diagnosed the unexpected cause of the problem, and then fixed it. He was cheerful, proactive, knowledgeable and professional. I'm a grateful repeat customer!

I’ve used this company before and had a great experience, but this time was completely different. The technician charged me $150 for a part that costs around $22, which feels like price gouging. I understand paying for labor, but charging that much for a part and unnecessary work is just wrong. Before he came out, I told him the issue with my dishwasher had already stopped. The only thing that fixed it was lifting the drainage pipe, but he insisted the part still needed to be replaced. When he finished the job, he even asked if this was a brand-new dishwasher — which I had already mentioned when I called — and then started bringing up how my washer and dryer were old, which had nothing to do with the dishwasher. The part he removed was completely new, and I could tell his demeanor changed once he realized that. When I asked how much it would be for the day, he told me $145 — nearly $300 total for something that didn’t need to be replaced. It’s really disappointing because I trusted this company before, but now I feel like I was taken advantage of simply because I don’t know much about appliances. All he needed to do was lift the drainage pipe, but instead, he chose to overcharge me instead of being honest. I hope the company looks into this and holds their techs accountable so other customers aren’t treated the same way.

To be honest I would give him 6 stars out of 5 if I had the option. The technician Ruslan is one of the nicest service provider out there in Arizona. Being a management company we often come across contractors who takes money and goes MIA. But there were times we paid him upfront and the work was completed in a timely manner. Sometimes we gave him a work and within 1 hour the work was completed. Its a blessing to have technician like him helping us out. Anybody around here should not hesitate to contact Ruslan for any issues regarding HVAC and appliances.
