This is your GO-TO for retail HVAC needs, period. I RARELY write reviews, but this business is rare nowadays in terms of their knowledge, patience / willingness to help, ability to source parts and their excellent pricing. The REAL DEAL. What is not to like?

I purchased my AEROCOOL TROPHY SERIES. last year and was able to use it for 2 months, I had some problems at first, but this year and after dealing with the slight problems, this system is GREAT,.. We have been in the triple digits all this week 104-106, I turn it on by 8a.m.. (LOW)and it keeps the home comfortable, by the evening when the sun does down, it actually gets chilly in here, and very low humid air inside. The staff was quick to assist with my problems , and get the system running. I searched thoroughly to make sure I bought the right cooler for my money, and I did, Thank you INDOOR COMFORT SUPPLY,.

Excellent place to go for all your cooler needs. I had to get custom cut 12" celldec pads and they were cut absolutely perfect. Didn't even need styrofoam filler. They had my previous order on file so they were able to give me exactly what I needed. Can't say enough good things about this business.

The best place you can order any cooling supplies online. I live in Utah and have never seen the store. They were the only place that sold the swamp cooler parts I needed. When I purchased the wrong parts and needed to return them, their customer service was above and beyond anything I expected. I'm sad i cannot work with them further (because my swamp cooler is working now). If I need anything further this will be the first place I'll go!

I love the fresh air and energy efficiency of evaporative coolers. You can keep them maintained and running easily if you are an average home do it yourselfer. When you need parts this is the place to go in Phoenix metro. Good website and they will actually answer the phone to answer your questions. Skip the big box stores and take your business to a fabulous small business.

Terrible customer service. The representative sounded annoyed just to be answering the phone. They have definitely lost a customer, though it’s clear they could not care less.

Shy of buying a brand new evaporative cooler. These people had everything I needed to get my cooler up and running and looking and working like new again. Delivery was very very fast.

I just walked in to get a quote on a new roof mount cooler and was met with a know it all attitude. The counter guy acted as if I was supposed to know what they needed. I asked if there was an outside salesperson and he said nope. I’m not sure how these guys are in business this long. They must be the only game in town and they act like it. They don’t need my business I guess.

I came here because I wanted to support local businesses but this is one local business I’ll never step foot into again!!! I guess it’s Home Depot for me.

Very knowledgeable staff helped me get an older evap cooler running with a few extra parts and little planning. It was great talking with the staff who helped me determine the proper switch setup, duct setup as well as the best mounting options and upkeep. Highly recommend them for sure.

The capacitor for my A/C went out on Friday night, and I was searching for a replacement part.
After a couple hours of searching on Saturday morning, a local business directed me to Indoor Comfort Supply, and they had exactly what I needed.

I am writing this review to let everyone know how awesome of an experience I had today with Brian Robert, the Owner of Indoor Comfort Supply. I called to order replacement pads for my tired Adobair Mastercool EC630 and a lot of needed maintenance items. (They have a breakdown of most cooler parts like our military maintenance technical manuals). Made in the USA items are hard to find these days and I'm sure everyone knows that. Being in the military for over 23 years is why I try to buy only in the USA. (Actually if you go over seas, everyone loves "made in the USA" products). I love my country and the great people in it. Brian was very knowledgeable, respectful, and funny. Part of being a great company is to offer the customer the best price possible for the best product. Brian sure did this by offering a military discount to offset the shipping. Support from organizations like this is why our country is great. Thank you for supporting the military and for selling a great product.

AC went out on a Friday night. After doing some research and testing a few parts I found out my contactor was bad. Early Saturday morning I couldn't find the part I needed anywhere I gave these guys a call. Before making the 45 min drive. I got my part. I came back home made my repair and now my system is running nice and cool. Thank you guys.
No nonsense or any bs just straight to business that's what I like.

I had a great experience with Indoor Comfort Supply. I called the shop with some questions and the phone was answered by a human on the third ring who was able to answer all of my questions. My new swamp cooler pads shipped and were delivered exactly when promised.

Indoor Comfort brought my rental house up to code for a very affordable cost. They diagnosed leaks in CO2 and gas from the Very Old furnace. They ensured my tenant's safety and installed the next day. I highly recommend Indoor Comfort for those of us with old and out of code furnaces!

Have been to their counter many times. Many times more than I purchased a part for my HVAC. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional shop. Quote from HVAC Company was $2500. Online parts supply was $800 for motor alone. With past knowledge, and a little time, $320 to get my system back up and running as good or better than before the breakdown. Thanks guys for your help.

Theae guys are fabulous! I had a cooler that was only made for a year. No one carried replacement pads! Took my panels in so they could help with something that would work. After several options and about 45 minutes they came up with a media I could use! When this season is done I'm scrapping this old piece of junk and buying new from these guys! A+ service!
