Marlon was great! He was communicative, and shows me what was wrong with my unit. Fixed my AC at a reasonable price and offered 1 year warranty. I will definitely use him again!

The technician was nice, however I am having the worst experience never using this company. If I could get a refund I would because I am beyond disappointed. I am not being difficult but I paid $450 to have my heater fixed yet still not working properly. I was told it was fixed yet the vent keeps blowing cold air, it feels like I have AC on. The dam air goes from warm not even somewhat hot to cold. I honestly I expected alot more because it has "good reviews". I mean how can I use my heater if it keeps blowing cold air. Mind you it is 43 degrees out side and my unit keeps blowing cold air when setting is set up on heat. I decided to have it "fixed" because my house gets very cold and I have 2 little ones at home we did not want to have another cold night, yet here we are dealing with cold air blowing out of the vent. I do not recommend it.

I had a local Chandler AC company come prior and something didn't feel right. I called up Mendoza A/C based off his star rating on here and I am so happy I did. They came in and fixed the 3 units that the previous company said I had to completely replace ( they even lied about what parts needed replacing). 5 Star rating for honesty and exceptional service. I look forward to being a customer for any future maintenance for my homes ac for a long time to come.

Got a quote from a different company that was way out of the budget, and called Mendoza AC to get a second opinion. They were more than willing to drive a good distance to our home and fixed one of our ac systems at a fraction of the price! Checked the other systems to make sure they were running well too.. when the other company had said one needed to be replaced. Great service from an honest company! Would recommend for any ac services you need! :)

Our newer AC unit went out, and my first concern was our fur babies. Major companies were 4-14 days out for folks with no AC. Thankfully, our family had a referral, and Margil was out the next morning. He repaired a burnt wire in less time than it took me to get a hold of him! We have AC, and we don’t need to relocate our fur babies! Thank you for your quick response, putting up with my guard dogs barking, and getting us back up with service! I would highly recommend. He’s also bilingual. Latino-owned. Small business. Support local!

Honest, Professional, and Timely Service

This company was referred to us, and we’re so glad we called. We had an issue with a collapsed duct in the attic, and they came out quickly to assess the situation and provide a free estimate. Mr. Margil was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the whole process.

He called back the next day ready to get the job done, making sure our AC was up and running before the hot days hit. The pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. We truly appreciate the quick response and quality work—highly recommend!

Was forced to use this company through American home shield. 4 visits later, I ended up fixing it myself. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. They did not use plumbers tape on the pressure valve, causing the water line to leak. Their “fix” was to keep adding putty to the outside. In addition, rather than gluing the pvc pipes together, their tech put aluminum tape down to keep the two pieces together.

They will insist that American home shield is repair first but somehow plumbers tape isn’t part of the repair? Who knew?

I will show you their professional fix to illustrate how absolutely awful their techs are. I had Richard and Justin repairing my coolers and this is how they decided to take pride in their work and leave a customer’s property. As you can see in the second photo - no plumbers tape at all. I’m not a plumber or a certified tech but even I know you need to tape a joint to make it water tight.

I had a fantastic experience with Crispy Air & Heating! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and courteous. A special shoutout to Nino, who truly went above and beyond—he was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. His attention to detail and customer-focused attitude really stood out.

Juan and Keith were also great—hardworking, respectful, and clearly experienced. The whole team worked seamlessly together, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
