I have an older unit I’ve been having issues with - Ty came out on a Sunday, was extremely professional, polite, timely, got everything working great when I had other techs tell me the unit was shot. He also checked my secondary unit and found that whoever had worked on the units previously had mis- wired the units to only blow AC which was why the heat wasn’t coming on.

Over the years I’ve dealt with multiple companies and multiple techs, Ty and Crispy Air are by far the best I’ve ever seen and I don’t use any companies besides them going forward. Ask for Ty, you will be so glad you did!

2 years ago we had a new unit installed and continue to have problems recommended through American home shield.Our unit runs all day and night and never cools to temperature. We have paid other companies to come out and we are told it’s the wrong size unit for our house. The last tech that came out and did nothing was so disrespectful yelling at me in my front yard when I stopped him from leaving. Literally laughing with his boss on the phone saying a fixed a wire so I could get out of here. He told my husband he we come back the next day still no show. I even got a text from the company saying someone will contact us and still nothing. Meanwhile we are hot every night going to bed. The last tech also didn’t even put our unit back together and bent some parts. This is so not ok I don’t know who owns this company but you all need some better technician and learn how to deal with people.

Cory at Crispy air made things right and we appreciate them replacing our unit for the correct one. He called after the install to check on us and see how things are working and we appreciate that. We are now cool and happy. Thank you for making things right.

Everyone that I interacted with from this company was fantastic. The service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did everything possible to help me find the right unit to replace my worn out 30yr old one. The install team worked quickly and efficiently to get everything installed. Would definitely recommend.

My heat stopped working and I had my home warranty company send out a technician to fix the problem. They didn't fix anything. Crispy sent a technician out, and he told me that the coil was broken and either needed to be repaired or replaced. I don't know anything about heat pumps, but even I know that when a heating device is broken, it needs to be repaired or replaced. That does not take a technician, anybody can say that. He didn't show me any diagnostic tests or explain why or how it happened. and Crispy didn't even give me a quote to do repair or replacement that day . Crispy's tech didn't fix anything, he just left without giving me a clear idea of what the plan was. I got an estimate after suffering for days in the cold waiting. they wanted to charge me fifteen hundred dollars for the refrigerant, on top of what my home warranty company was paying.
I'm definitely getting a second opinion.
UPDATE - The other company (Mike's) came out, & they found out the coil didn't need to be replaced to get the heat going. The coil & refrigerant was actually for air conditioning. Mike replaced my heat strips for under $200 including labor, and my heat is working again!

For the past 5+ years I have been using Liberty Cooling on the multiple properties that I manage. Hands down Liberty provides the most reliable, prompt, and best value whether they replaced a component or an entire system. Every time they show up and complete a job I am reminded of why I only use Liberty for all my AC needs.

Liberty was recommended by my leasing agent. I called on a Tuesday and left a voice mail to set up a service contract. Today is Friday and no response. I called and spoke with Anna. She was very nice on the phone and I thought that this was going to be a good experience. She mentioned that she forwarded my info to the service manager, who happens to be part owner. Anna told me that she will contact the service manager again to follow up. Well, the service manager Hoxie called me. He seem very irritated and started of by saying, 'you called our office, what do you want.' My first impression was that he was not very customer savy. I went on to explain to him that I called and left a message 4 days ago and that he was recommended by my leasing agent. He went on by saying he doesn't have voicemail. I responded that I did leave a voicemail and Ispoke to Anna today. My gut feeling was not in favor of him or his company. Suddenly, the warm fuzzy feeling I had from Anna's professionalism was fading fast. I express to the service manager that it seems that he is irritated and that he was not customer friendly, with the tone of voice he displayed. Then silence. He certainly doesn't know how to save a customer. I ended the conversation saying that because of his lack of customer service skills, that I would be moving on to choose another vendor. I then called Anna back to confirm that they do have voicemail and thanked her for her professional experience. America is great, as long as we remember that no matter how successful we think we are, always remember the core values of how this country was built on. The customer service skills that Anna displayed is one of those core values. The service manager's lack of customer service skills, is what can destroy a consumers choice.

The original install day. When the two gentlemen came out they said it would not fit where we were told it would. That we would need to loose quite a bit of space because of where it would need to be placed. The owner came out a few days later and said they could do this, which was not going to use up as much space. When the gentlemen came to install, they both were very professional and good humored. The job got done in a timely manner and ended up having to give up less space then had anticipated. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend their service.

I don’t think I could say enough good things about this wholesome company. Robert(Owner) takes tremendous pride in his company and offers hands down the best customer service, and if you have concerns he does not take them lightly. Had a great experience with Liberty AC during Christmas. Our new home AC was misconfigured by a different party and Liberty came in on Christmas and completed everything by the next day. We'd like to personally thank Chris, Damien and Tim for all of their help!

Our air conditioner quit working on a very hot day. The repairman, Damian, arrived shortly after our call to the company. He diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. Repair costs were very fair. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Liberty was recommended by my realtor, and I have to say I am really impressed with their service. I have had a couple of minor issues with my AC unit. They came after hours on one occasion, and within same day for my other requests. They are reliable, trust worthy and dont try and oversell or upsell you. We had LIberty install a new hvac system at our home. They had the very best price of three quotes, they installed the next day on the hottest day of the year 118 degrees. Chris and his coworker were very polite, friendly, and respectful of the property. They worked quickly to get us up and running. This is one of the best company's I have ever delt with period. Had two technicians from Liberty Cooling & Heating out November 30, 2018 to change HVAC ducting and add a supply air duct. Very impressed with their skill and professionalism. I was referred to them by the community manager who said they are fair, honest and their cost is reasonable. A good experience all around, I had to leave a positive review. I've had several employees here, the work was done as described and I know that working under my old mobile home wasn't the most fun they had, but the job was done well and with a great attitude of helpfulness. Will definitely refer them and call them again if I need to.
