Have been doing business with this company for 18 years, the Staff and Technicians are fantastic. With that said, now comes the reason for this review. The only time I have had a technician arrive before noon was when I had an additional a/c added to my home, otherwise the schedulers have them arrive early evening and as late as 11 pm. The day of arrival usually within one or twos days of calling, but always late in the day, and the technicians last call of the day. On Tuesday 07/10/18 made appointment for today, 07/12/18, with the stipulation that the technician arrive prior to 6pm. When I called to find out the time of arrival was told this afternoon, told them so long as it before 6pm, if not cancel. Scheduling is terrible. Technician arrived found the problem, bad fan motor. Not worried as unit is under warranty. Owner tells me can not be fixed today as they would have to get the replacement motor, again no problem. He then tells me an addition service charge to come out and replace the motor. I said you have never charged me twice before, always on the same ticket. He said that it should have been, and it was not his fault that I lived in Buckeye. I see now why I was always late in the day for repairs, because I live in Buckeye. If you live in Buckeye, make sure they have all the parts required or you will be charged twice, and be prepared to have your repairs done late in the day. Will never do business with them again.

This is the 3rd time we have used Liberty and couldn’t be more happy. The first time, 7-8 years ago, Liberty was the only company that said they could fix our air conditioner rather than replacing it. I want to make sure we are getting a good product as well as a decent price. All 3 times Liberty has come in the winner. Today we had a new system put in our park model and Arizona room. When they first came out they told us our old unit was larger than needed. They called and told us when they would be coming today. They showed up on time with the equipment and manpower to do the job quickly and efficiently. The cleaned up and left our home as they found it. Thank you so very much!!! Max & Deborah Hatch

Paid a grip for a thermostat installation in July due to A/C not blowing cold air, turned on the heat in Nobember and no heat!!! When I called about this I was advised I’d be charged another service fee. No thank you. I went with another company only to find out Liberty had INCORRECTLY installed the thermostat. I will never use Liberty again. Well done Liberty, well done.

Had a great experience. Our a/c stopped working around 8pm noticed it getting warmer in the house. Called the number and within the hour Tim came out to fix it. He had just got home from a long day but told me he’d be over within 20 minutes and he was. Overall awesome job and great guy. Thank you

Liberty provided a very efficient service. Led by Christian there were enough workers on site to complete my air installation within the estimated time and cost. Time was taken to make sure I understood the operation of the installed equipment. A no additional charge visit will be made to make sure there is proper coolant in the system to handle the hot weather. Clean up was thorough. Scheduling was easy.

I have a Mobile home and I could not get it to cool below 82. I had about 3 different AC companies come out to look at the AC and all of them said the AC was in great condition. The 3rd company that came out finally told me that it looked like my ductwork needed a lot of work but they did not do that type of work. I found Liberty Cooling and I'm glad I did. The 1st tech that came out evaluated everything and did some work on it. This did not solve the problem but it was part of the solution. I called them again to come out and this time the Tech got under our house and found that the ductwork needed to be redone completely and the AC was not sitting correctly on the outside. After he explained all the work that needed to be done my wife and I thought for sure it would be over $1000. Lets just say it did not and now our house is cooling down beautifully. Thank you and I would highly recommend their services.

I telephoned Liberty Air Conditioning spoke with Nicole. They were highly recommended from the gentleman we bought our home from.
I explained to Liberty Air Conditioning that we purchased a Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat which we thought would be very easy to install and we needed them to come out and complete the installation.
They were able to get somebody out to our house within about an hour! The service technician they sent out is named Jason. He was clean, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
The service call was completed professionally and quickly and only cost us a small fee.
We were so impressed that we called Nicole back at the office of Liberty Air Conditioning to let her know how pleased we were with Jason and their company.

Christian wrote a very detailed proposal for replacing our AC/heater which outlined everything they would install and replace. None of the other bidders did this. The service technician was prompt professional and very knowledgeable.

I couldn't be happier with this company. I purchased a new AC from them a year ago at a very competitive price and the installation was trouble free. Their service is also excellent. I have rentals and they never try to sell me a new unit if they can fix the old one. Jason went out of his way recently to fix a difficult problem that necessitated several return trips. Highly recommended.

My AC went out in the beginning of June. Needless to say, my home was hot and miserable! I caller Liberty and spoke to Morgan about replacing my AC. I was quoted a lower price than the competition, and they were able to come out to install the new AC unit the next day. I'm so grateful for their quick and expedient response, and also for their professionalism. I recommend Liberty for anyone's AC needs.

We contacted Liberty Cooling and Heating for an estimate on A/C replacement
for our manufactured home, along with about 4 other well rated firms.
All of the firms we talked to were good, but Liberty was a cut above,
especially with their knowledge of manufactured homes.
They stood out as the most creative and knowledgeable. We had a package heat pump
installed, replacing an older split system. They removed the outside unit, the inside
unit, and the outdated ducting. Christian, Justin, Timmy, and Chris worked
non-stop, were very knowledgeable and professional, and were outstanding!!!!

In addition, they bid the lowest price of all of the firms we interviewed.
They went under our home, did some digging, went above and beyond to make
this system work for our unique needs.

The installation was flawless and complete. They even adjusted the air flow in
all of our heat registers at the end of the day.

We called Liberty and advised we needed an air conditioning unit installed quickly as we were leaving the US back to Canada. The prompt and efficient service we had in getting a quote was great. We decided to use Liberty to install our air-conditioning unit. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They cleaned up after and explained the working of the AC to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. This company and their workforce are truly what you want, great service and workmanship.

After 17 years with a Liberty AC unit (which by the way, was still working)...I wanted to replace it because I did not want to "guess" when it would go out on us and/or having to replace when we reached hotter Arizona temperatures.

A call was made to your company (for a new AC) - estimate was scheduled and provided, paperwork was signed, scheduling was made around my schedule (and very quick), and my new AC unit was installed in less than 3 hours!

This is a very racist place I went here looking for work and they all looked at me like there was a problem with me being here. There's nothing but white blond hair people working her not one minority, and the only minority that was working there got fired there second day for not communicating enough. Even after 5 phone calls telling them there trying to get there car tire fixed but didn't have the money to do so, and they fired him. It's definitely not a minority friendly business and only seeks white customers as well as employees. Very rude and unsociable. Wouldn't hire this business to do any work for me. They use metal tape where they should use duct seal to seal connections. They don't use dampers to help adjust air flow, they don't check static, temps, or heat strips before leaving the house. Also don't set up the thermostats for the customers before leaving the house. There all together not a good practicing company either. I like a company that I can trust and that makes me feel comfortable with the product I'm buying as well as my home being in good hands and this ain't it.

I called Liberty Cooling & Heating when the A/C unit went out on my RV resort park model home. They had installed the old unit 12 years prior and actually still had all the information concerning the previous install. Trey came out the same day I called to take a look at the unit and they had a quote for me within one day. Timmy even called me back on a Saturday when I had questions about the new unit. I accepted their quote on a Monday at 8 AM and the unit was installed the next day by 8:30 AM. Unbelievable service. Christian (30 years at the company) and Chris did a great job installing the unit and they actually showed up early on the install day, installing the unit in less than 2 hours. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Amber, Morgan and Shelly in the office did a great job of getting the install done so quickly. I can highly recommend Liberty Cooling & Heating for any A/C needs you might have.
