My heater was not working and I called Merlin’s and the technician showed up the same day and me and my family heat again :) very friendly technician and staff

*CONSUMER BEWARE* I have been trying to talk to a manager or owner for 5 weeks now regarding one of their techs that came to my home. And to cancel their so called "Platinum" membership plan. I'm hoping this will get a response from them. I will amend this review within a few days.

Horrible service tech and worst service ever . It was only supposed to be an inspection for $29.99 but then he started to sell the AC fan , advised to change the capacitor and charge another $500 for service . And then we found out everything was under warranty .

Had an amazing experience , Estevan was helpful , knowledgeable about the work, good customer service! Would highly recommend this company, great work and excellent pricing.

John was very helpful. Rather than charging me for a repair, he explained to me what I will need to replace and how to do the project myself

I highly recommend Merlin's. The technician that did my ac tune up was very polite and non invasive

It has been a number of weeks and I havent heard from a manager. Getting frustrated and feeling like I got scammed from this membership.

I had Merlin’s come clean my water heater (for a really great price) the plumber Estevan was so polite and explained everything as he was going I highly recommend this company

Marlins is not responding to calls or texts. We have a contract with them which was honored previously.

Bill Oxley has proven on more than 2 occasions to be the best at his trade. Personal, intellectual with industry, and comprehensive. I would ask for Bill as he is one of the best. Thanks Merlin’s AC

Dean came out to my home to service my ac he got onto of my house and disconnected my capacitor and told me it was bad and I need a new one and they could fix it and offered a warranty plan with there company totaling all around $2000 when I said I was on a fixed income he then told me he does this as his personal work to on the side and he could change it for 250 he has the part on the truck now and he would come back later to pick up the money I told him I didn't feel comfortable doing that. He then puts my ac back togeather or so i thought but I then had someone else come out after cause my ac had stopped working after he left, come to find out he had stuck the capacitor back in upside down and didn't connect it back.

I bought a new unit from this company, and within two years, after spending $8000, my 87-year-old grandmother was left sitting in the Arizona heat! They kept giving excuses about what they weren't responsible for, warranties, and essentially wanted to charge an additional $1500 to fix the problem.
Once they have your money, they are done with you!
I found another company that fixed the problem for less than $500!!

Great company- they're quick to respond, regardless if outside business hours. Good workmanship, fair pricing. Staff is terrific! Just installed two new AC units; couldn't be happier!

Alrighty then… I had another A/C company come out, within minutes I had all kinds of A/C issues . When all was said and done I realized that something was too far off. First of all I was only supposed to be getting a cleaning service done, secondly according to the rep that came out I needed an entire unit. I had a good friend of mine who is in the business come out and look at the units. Now I trust both however I trust the person I know just a wee bit more. My friend suggested I start off with seeing how much leakage I may accidentally have. So I called Merlin’s
and they sent out a you man name Alex.
Here is where it gets interesting you see he didn’t plan on selling me anything.
After talking to him for a bit I knew he knew what he was talking about. So I went from spending 17.9k to spending a whole hell of a lot less.which made much more since
To me since the units I am have are the old Carrier units and they are essentially bulletproof
If you are having A/C or heating issues call the folks at Merlin’s… they have earned my trust and my business!

Recently had a problem with my AC kind of late in the evening. Called in and Fanny answered the phone and got me scheduled. The technician came out the same night and figured. Out the problem rather quickly. Just a wire had come loose. Such a small thing can be such a big deal when youtpr AC won't work. Technician was quick and very nice. Had a great experience from phone call to house call. Thank you for your help Merlin's!!!!!

I needed emergency services because my AC was not working when I called in to schedule an appointment the customer service was great and got out a technician right away. The technician who came out to fix my AC was very informative and courteous. I am very pleased with the overall services I received from Merlin’s AC and Plumbing.

One of your employees is in front of my house today been digging for three days even till late at night I asked him what he is doing and he instantly got rude and said ask your neighbor I don’t owe you an explanation even though he is in my yard .
