I had my annual AC and heating maintenance checkup done on 4/6/23. The service person, Timmy, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he worked. Also gave good advice on cleaning and how to keep the unit in good running order. I really appreciated all Timmy did and feel good about having good equipment as the hot summer approaches. Thank you and please send Timmy next year for my annual maintenance. Mark Jackson

Our experience with Liberty was amazing. We had a different company come look at our old ac unit that morning and they told us we needed a new unit and could install it the next day for $6700. Timmy Bosworth with Liberty came out that afternoon and was very friendly, knowledgeable , efficient and professional. He said all we needed was a new motor which he installed right then. The next day Liberty called and said they had overcharged us by $100 and refunded it. Our total cost was a few hundred dollars instead of thousands. Thank you Liberty and Timmy!!!

Liberty is the BEST. My ac went out 11pm 6/27. I called them at 6:15 and Raymond showed up at 2pm. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the correct repairs for a reasonable price. It’s 108 degrees today and it takes a dedicated person to do this work in Arizona in the summer. Truly a fantastic experience!😁😁😁😁😁😁

UPDATE- 7-12-2024
A/C went out yesterday. Called liberty and got scheduled for today at noon. Gordon came out, found the problem and performed a system check. System up an hour later. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and good communications. Another EXCELLENT experience with Liberty! My highest recommendation!👍👍👍👍👍

My place was at 97 degrees and the air conditioner was not cooling. Called and Tim came out and fixed it, he went above & beyond. I will refer Liberty solely based on Tim and his representation of the company. Knowledgeable and kind.

Have used Liberty to maintain a 25 year old airconditioner for a couple years. The knowledge and level of service provided was excellent, regardless of which tech came by.
Liberty provided a competitive bid for the replacement unit. It was a easy choice.
The installation was done a couple days after signing the agreement.
Installation went well, owner of the company was part of the crew.
The unit had an unusual issue, was corrected in a very short period of time.
This company stands behind their products and work, highly recommend them.

Our AC wasn't working as well as we thought it should. We contacted Liberty. They had Tim (service tech) come out. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a complete description of what he did. I was very impressed with the service from Liberty. Chris and Christian are definite assets to the company. They were focused, efficient and friendly. And long-time employee Chris was informative about the new straight-cool unit with heat strips and thermostat, answering all my questions. It was a great set up and clean up. Liberty Cooling and heating was highly recommended to us. Our air conditioner went out for the fourth time this summer. This time was the blower. The technician tried to replace it but then something else went out. So we said forget it's to hot here in Arizona to have to deal with it so they put in a New system and in no time our home was cool again. Now we should have no worries. Thank you Liberty we will count on you in the future for maintenance. 😄

Old a/c unit in our park model failed to cool during record October heat. Liberty got to us following morning first thing. I was prepared to hear that unit was “toast” . Tech said he wasn’t here to sell us a new unit, began basic testing and quickly found 3 simple to fix problems. There was no trip charge, parts cost was minimal, labor charge reasonable. $190 later unit continued to cool satisfactorily for remaining days of high heat. Tech felt it should be good to go for good service for another year or two but no guarantees. I would recommend this company without hesitation. They are on our resort’s list of a/c service companies, apparently for good reason.

Liberty installed the air conditioner and heat strips on my new park model a few months ago. When the blower comes on, it blows so hard I have to turn up the television to hear it over the hurricane noise. I called them and explained my problem to the receptionist and asked to speak to technician. She flat out refused to do so saying they were too busy. I had to reach out to a competitor to address the problem

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

We had an outstanding experience with Liberty Cooling and Heating. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, everything was handled with true professionalism. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tim, who personally came out to do our estimate, a rare touch these days and much appreciated.

On the day of the job, Richard and Alex showed up right on time and efficiently removed our old rooftop evap cooler. They worked quickly, safely, and left zero mess behind. You wouldn’t even know they’d been on the roof. What really stood out, though, was their attention to detail and genuine customer care.

While finishing up, Richard noticed a package left out by an Amazon driver at our neighbor’s house. On his way out, he walked over and tucked it safely under their doormat. He also noticed we had set a bag of garbage outside and without being asked, he ran it over to the bin for us. That’s above and beyond.

This is exactly what service should be. Friendly, professional, and thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liberty Cooling and Heating to anyone. Thanks, Tim, Richard and Alex.

Highly Recommend. Though I wasn't expecting a technician to be able to get to me for a day or two, this technician drove all the way across the valley in traffic (about an hour commute), and he was also sick and should have been home in bed. However, he did anyways to help me since it was over 100 degrees. In addition, not only was the job done to satisfaction, but it was also A LOT less expensive than other service providers. He even went above and beyond and took care of another issue. This is a family run local business, and I highly recommend them. It's difficult to find someone you can trust, but I completely trust that they care about my wellbeing and financial situation. They are honest and open and will give you an opinion you can trust.

I recently hired this company to troubleshoot and repair my AC that was not cooling. Laura was excellent in keeping in the loop as to when my tech would arrive. The tech’s name is Brent and he is a no nonsense get to work kind of man. He did a great job finding the issue with my AC and quickly repaired it. He is very friendly as well!
The cost of the repair was very fair and this company has earned my business in the future.

My furnace went out early Monday morning. A technician was on site to troubleshoot the problem that afternoon. Parts ordered and repairs were completed today. The technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy and most important communicated each step from diagnosis to completion. Their reviews say it all for them with 115 at 5 star!

Promptly answered my call and even though I didn't use them in the end , they were able to answer all my concerns over the phone.

They quoted me 22k for a new system. I had another company do the job for 12k.... This company is ripping people off left and right

We had our annual a/c maintenance performed this week. We were very happy as always with the professionalism of our tech, Nicholas. He provided the normal photographic evidence of his inspection. Glad nothing was needed. Great company.
