Our experience with Quianno and his supervisor. Definitely tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. Shady recommendations and practices from the tech. Another company came out and evaluated the repairs at a quarter of the cost that these guys were pushing for. Won’t trust again.

Abel from Goettl came out to inspect the plumbing in my home. Very thorough in his inspection and advise on want needed to be fixed. Did an excellent job. Would recommend for any plumbing service.

ALIN, the tech who worked on my warranty repair, was polite and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and how it would improve my system. He efficiently handled a full shift's parts-replacement project and showed me before-and-after photos in reviewing the project to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He's good.

Only company we trust to work on our water softeners and AC system. We just had Jesse James work on our AC roof top unit and it was a great experience. Jesse gave me a detailed report with pictures to showed me what my unit looks like and the concerns he had about loose wires and a gap between the unit and roof where I am loosing air. I got them both repaired immediately and was very satisfied.

It was time to have my Unit Serviced and Merlin’s was Right on it!

They claim to be open 24 hours but I called twice after 7 PM on Saturday and was hung up on both times.

Beware they will come knock on your door and tell you that they have a spring special for $39.95 and then let you know that you need so many repairs had another company come out and they told that this co disconnected some wires I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw them other company didn't even charge me to reconnect my wires for me
