AAA did an amazing job on our house. They replaced the AC unit, and the furnace for us and were amazing to deal with on the phone and in person. Our home warranty company (you know the one) fought us and them at every turn but AAA was able to work it out so we got what we needed. If you have a small issue, or need a full replacement, do not hesitate to call them. 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone. The guys in the field were respectful, and took time to explain everything. And the woman in the office was very communicative and were very grateful to them for winning one for us against home warranty corruption. See pictures! *excuse the messy yard we just moved in haha! Simply amazing!!! My hero in the summer months when things go wrong! AC out tonight and 111 degrees out with kids and animals in th house and a Saturday! Was fixed within hours! The knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. When they say you get what you pay for it is true with Josh and his team.

Josh and Peter installed a Mitsubishi Mini-Split System in my home office space, and did an outstanding job. All throughout the planning and coordination process Josh was very helpful and informative.

Excellent work, great service and they are extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. We got new AC ducts and very useful advice on how to adjust airflow to get maximum efficiency from our older AC unit. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with JL Finley construction was a pleasant experience. My AC went out at 9:30 at night and they were there within an hour to service my unit. They got there at 10:15 and was done by 11 awesome experience.

So, I ended work today and went out to my car to find that the AC was no longer working! It was 118 deg outside today and I still had to pick up my 3 kids and get them home safely without melting!! Unfortunately, when I got home I found my HVAC system in my house stopped working. My kids and I came home to an excruciating 86 deg. That may not sound too bad UNLESS you've been driving for the past 30 minutes in what felt like an oven! Normally, I would try troubleshooting things myself, but by this time I was in total PANIC mode. I immediately called JL Finley Construction, knowing it was after hours, and anxiously asked for assistance. When Joshua Finley answered, I could hear his wife and children talking in the background and knew it was a horrible time but he heard the distress in my voice and helped me anyway! He walked me through troubleshooting my whole system until he was confident that my kids and I would be sleeping cool tonight! He was able to fix my system via a phone call!! To say he was an *expert in this industry would be an understatement!!! I cannot thank Joshua Finley of JL Finley Construction enough. For someone to take time from their personal life to help another in their time of need is nothing short of a blessing. I definitely recommend JL Finley Construction for any HVAC need!

We signed up for the SRP $29 cooling checkup and they sent out Parker & Sons. They came up with a bill of things they said needed attention which amounted to close to $1500. We paid the $29 and declined the rest. I went on roof and saw only about half of what the tech/salesman was talking about. I wanted a 2nd opinion so I called Josh Finley and he saw pretty much what I saw. Josh charged less than half and had lower prices on the parts. I should know by now.....you get what you pay for.

These guys did an amazing job! Peter was on time, honest and tried to keep my 22 year old unit afloat. It was however time to give up the ghost. Josh immediately started the process and a few nights at a nearby hotel and I am in heaven! The place feels great, it smells better and feels drier. I couldn’t be happier.

Hello to those who read reviews! I know I do! I usually always do my reaseach befor hiring somone however this time Josh was a referral from his Dad who had done a complete electrical panel replacement several years ago in my home. Since that experience was so easy and wonderful I called him back to see if he did AC work. He told me to call his son Josh and I was totally good with that due to our last experience. I'm beyond happy today!! I was completely impressed with everything from start to finish! All the positive things mentioned in the other reviews are exactly how my experience went. My unit had storm damage and he handled talking to AMFAM for me and made it all happen! Within a few days of meeting with the adjuster and getting the approval I had a new unit installed! Yay!! Promt! Professional! Clean! Knowledgeable! That's what you get when you hire JL Finley Construction! Thanks a million!! Happy customer in the Az desert!

I was referred to Josh, at JL Finley, earlier this year by a close friend, for a routine service on our home's AC unit. Josh is one of those people, that you can tell, REALLY cares about his customers and cares about the quality of work that he provides. This feeling is what turned me into a return customer and two weeks ago I called him about a mini split system for my 24 x 24 home workshop. Josh came out the very next day and took measurements, and asked me questions about the building and what my intentions were for usage of the space. He properly qualified me for the best system that would suit my needs, which was a 18000 btu Mitsubishi unit. No BS upgrade sales tactics , just a firm recomendation, as well as a gauruntee that the system he recomended would do the job. I said, "Let's do it" and he was able to get me on his schedule right away. The install was clean and fast, and even though it's a workshop, he took care in cleanup and no trash was left behind, etc. So the unit has been installed for just about two weeks and I absolutely LOVE it! If you're a homeowner with a home workshop and want to actually get something accomplished during the summer months, These mini splits are fantastic. It's nearly silent and it's 95° outside and 72° inside, with the unit barely running to maintain. I'd highly recommend JL Finley for anyone's Heating and Air conditioning needs, Thanks again Josh!
