Update March 2021: I highly recommend JL Finley for your AC needs! They installed a 2 brand new AC units on my home and they did a phenomenal job! They were reasonably priced, very professional and left my home clean after the installs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our house suffered a total air conditioning and heat pump failure during the winter and we were recommended to Josh at JL Finley. Not only did his company schedule an appraisal within the day, the actual replacement was done within a week. His expedience was matched only by his professional and polite attitude while he worked. He even managed to locate previous ducting problems and fix them making sure it wouldn't happen again. Every question asked was answered and expanded upon to the utmost and I have the fullest confidence in their work. To anyone looking for the best quality in the valley, this company is your go-to.

I was in need of a new ac unit. And when my aging 17 yr. old ac did give out and suddenly stopped cooling in the midst of 100 degree plus temps, the first person I thought about calling was Josh with JL Finley.
I knew others who had great experiences with them, and had told me they were knowledgeable, professional, responded quickly and very trustworthy.
And my experience with JL Finley was the same.

Josh quickly sent Peter over to check out my broken ac. He was thorough in testing the old unit to find out what failed, and fully explained the results.
I requested a new ac unit. In the meantime, he made sure that I had cool air until the new ac unit was installed.
When Josh and Peter installed it, they were punctual, personable and very professional. And it was at a great price.
They took time to make sure all of my questions were answered and invited me to call on them anytime I needed more information or help. Both were so kind.
It’s been one month with my new ac and I couldn’t be happier with it.

This summer JL Finley installed a new ac unit on my roof. I also had to repair the section of the roof around the ac area. Josh was adamant about keeping in contact with the roofers to make sure both companies were on the same page so the ac installation would go smoothly. I am absolutely satisfied with the end result. We have a great ac unit and the entire installation was completed in a timely manner considering it was busy season for both companies. Josh has been kind enough to follow up on several occasions to make sure everything is still adequately working. That is sheer professionalism!! Thank you, Josh.

We had a chance to meet both Josh and Mike from JL Finley because we needed our AC replaced. From the get-go Josh was incredibly professional, cordial, responsive and prompt in communication. Not to mention honest about his evals and explanation for anything he saw that needed servicing. We appreciated that they were not only timely in their service but reliable in the quality of their job. When it came to pricing, we weren’t forced to lock into only one option but were given the freedom to choose between a few routes. Lastly, Josh gave us thorough evaluations of other areas that needed servicing and provided excellent recommendations to get these jobs taken care of. These guys provided the upmost of quality care and service. It feels good and reassuring to know that we will never have to look for another AC company again.

I would like to thank Josh and his company for the great job they did on our home. We found that we needed to replace the AC units before summer. After obtaining several estimates, we decided on JL Finley. Josh was not the cheapest, but his estimate was fair for the work we needed done. Josh was also by far the most professional and the most knowledgeable. We took his advice and installed Bosch units and they are perfect. Overall, we couldn't be happier with his work. JL Finley saved my remodel! JLF stepped in as General Contractor and found an obscure problem nobody else diagnosed. I purchased new open cell foam insulation and it smelled months after it should have dissipated. After lots of back and forth (and BBB) my insulation specialist finally referred JFL for their ability to solve systemic problems. JFL immediately recognized multiple sources of moisture causing the smell and took action on budget and on schedule to correct the situation. I actually forgot how amazing it is to be ON BUDGET and ON SCHEDULE. I turned over all of my random contractors to JLF and JLF again saved me from the normal shoddy work I keep paying for by acting on my behalf, calling out sub contractor shortcuts, and conveying the details that I'm usually forced to repeat ad nausea to every worker that shows up. I used to think of General Contractors as useless middle-men (like some estate agents), and maybe some are. But JLF showed me that using a GC that you can trust is worth a lot of peace of mind. JLF get's my highest recommendation and could be a refuge for others who have just accepted sub standard, inconsistent work as normal.

What an excellent experience working with T & T Air!

After dealing with other dishonest and greedy HVAC companies, I will only use T & T Air from now on.

Tavi is methodical and extremely knowledgeable, explaining to me what he is doing, and why it’s important. I have used them previously at my business to service my commercial heat pumps, and after seeing the quality of their work and honesty there, I asked them to service my home AC. They are unrushed and very systematic in the way they work.

Aside from their vast experience with AC’s, they are also trustworthy and honest and I know I am not being taken advantage of or being charged for unnecessary work or equipment.

Their prices are also very fair and reasonable.

Above all else, I am impressed with the quality of their work and the trustworthiness!

This is the best ac and heating service in the whole valley. The owner , Nathan,is an honest and reliable , and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. Mark and his team are absolute professionals and experts at what they do. Mark was very knowledgeable about my old AC unit and gave me enough information to make a good decision on either repairing it or replacing it. I decided to have a new heatpump installed and Mark made that happen within days.
