Josh and his team did a fantastic job with the installation of my new HVAC unit. Upon removing the existing dated HVAC, mold was detected. Josh quickly enacted a precise and timely Plan to mitigate the issue and ensure this project was completed with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Josh pulled, simply said, magic out of a hat to mitigate the major mold issue. He pulled crew from other job sites to ensure my project was handled as a top priority, swiftly and properly. Above all, Josh managed my expectations with great communication, taking the time to explain the process from inception to fruition.

I've been waiting 50 years for an AC company like this! After getting cheated so many times, it's such a joy to have a company I can trust 100%. I'm sitting here in my COOL house, having just had my AC fixed by Josh Finley, the owner. I showed him my last quote of $11,000 and he did what was needed for under $3000. He also went the extra mile to educate me, get me a box of filters at his cost, and make himself available for any follow up. I enthusiastically recommend this company without any hesitation.

Hello everyone, my wife and I had been suffering with no air conditioning for almost a week. We were referred to Finley by one of their previous coworkers who suggested we get an estimate. We did our homework and obtained several estimates.
Once we met Josh, we were convinced that this was the company we wanted. Josh took the time to explain every aspect we needed to know about getting a new unit and what it entailed and the cost we received was the lowest we’d gotten. We also got a lot of extra incentives with our purchase. It took only 4 hours for them to remove our old unit and to install the new; they rewired everything and talked us through the use of the thermostat.
We don’t usually write a review on things but these guys knew their stuff; the knowledge, the experience and the effort they exhibited was commendable. My suggestion to anyone out there would be to look at what they can do for you. We are very impressed.
We would recommend them to anyone.

Josh is professional and personable. His quote was within and slightly below the other estimates I requested. He and crew were on time and quick to get the unit installed. My house required another register and the drywall work was performed flawlessly.

The new unit and register keep the house at a solid 74 when it was 108 outside today. Very happy and will recommend Finley to anyone I know for HVAC needs in the future.

1st rate quality and service, I had a new rooftop HVAC unit and air handler installed by JL Finley Construction along with a water softener and a RO water system, and I am 100% pleased. I got 3 quotes and Josh was very fairly priced for the amount and quality of work that he performed. Always on time and kept me up to date on all the progress of the work being done. Answered all my questions and discussed all the options that were available to me plus the work on the job site was extremely neat and tidy.

Being an owner who, because of Covid border closures, was miles away from our Arizona condo, it was critical to us to find a contractor we trusted; Josh, the owner, took the time to explain our AC options with patience and professionalism. He kept in constant touch with us re scheduling and installation details, following up with photos. I would like to recommend JL Finley Construction to you, if you’re looking for a competent Air Conditioner installer. We had multiple issues with water leaking, a clogged condensation drain , and an old AC unit that needed to be replaced. Josh and Peter did an excellent job getting the unit we needed, fixing all the issues and, getting it installed quickly.

I purchased another unit from JL Finley and again, I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I received quotes from three other companies and Josh was the only one who consistently followed up and made sure I was comfortable with my decision.

I wouldn't recommed any other HVAC company.

Excellent experience! I recently had a new rooftop HVAC unit installed by JL Finley Construction. Josh was very professional and able to provide clear explanations of several options appropriate to my situation. Once the unit was selected, the project was completed in an efficient and professional manner. Josh also offered to absorb the additional cost of a larger crane, which was required to place the unit (and had not been included in the initial estimate). His attention to detail, knowledge, experience, and respectful manner were much appreciated.

Service second to none!
I was lucky enough to have met Josh and got his business card about 48hrs prior to my AC going out. It was the Thursday before Labor Day and he took my call, he dropped everything to hop on my 110* roof to get my AC back up and running practically immediately, but it stopped working again and it took me until about 4pm on Friday before Labor Day Weekend when I gave Josh the green light to replace the unit (mind you the house got 95* at night) and wouldn't you know it - Josh moved mountains for me and had a crane out front by 8am Sat morning to haul the new AC unit on my roof. He sent me before and after photos, was always in contact, and checked in often to make sure everything was ok. The whole experience was very smooth and I will always recommend and use the very professional JL Finley Construction for any AC/Heater needs.

So happy I found JL Finley to help when my AC stopped working! With summer approaching I panicked when I couldn't get the ac to trigger back on. I found JL online and decided to call because I liked that it was a local veteran owned company. Had no idea the amazing service I was about to receive!

Josh answered immediately and even with a full schedule, managed to swing by the next day. He walked me through every step of the way and explained what he was finding. I felt like it was a friend or family member helping me out, his personality is so honest and comforting. You don't usually get that with other ac companies where a new recruit gets sent out. Of course the AC went out late on a Friday afternoon. After talking to Joshua, we agreed the extra cost for a weekend repair wasn't in my best interest. My job was added to the Monday schedule. Turned out Peter correctly discovered the problem, had the part on hand and solved the problem before 9 a.m. Monday! The invoice followed soon after. I didn't understand some of the billing; Joshua patiently explained each item, made an adjustment (in my favor) and explained a few other industry related items I also didn't understand. Great service from the worker in the field and the workers in the office!

If anyone is needing any AC needs at all as we start hitting warm season this is your company!
