I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my first online purchase. I had been looking for a switch for my swamp cooler for days at several electrical companies with no luck. Finding Indoor Comfort was such a relief in that they had the exact switch I needed. I placed my order and a couple of days later I received the switch in the mail. The exact switch mind you and not something that I had to jimmie or tweak to install. Thank you folks at Indoor Comfort for the professional service and for making my first online shopping experience a pleasurable one.

Bought a new champion swamp cooler earlier this summer and found that the pads are only held in by three thin pieces of metal which don’t actually work. Found this site and they are the only place I found that carries the traditional pad retainers. Ordered over the weekend and came extremely fast and work great!

After I promptly received the order I ontacted customer support thinking I was missing a part in the box. Bryan immediately sent out a replacement without question. Turns out the original order was correct, I emailed Bryan and told him it was my mistake, nevertheless he shipped me the part I was looking for and picked up the return shipping for the second order. I live in Colorado and neither of the big box stores here carried all the parts for my swamp cooler. I was able to find them all on Indoor Comfort's website, they have great pricing, and the best part was they had a diagram of my unit so I could easily find the parts I needed. Ordered Thursday and the parts got here Sunday. Everything was packed well and in perfect shape.

These guys are amazing. had an issue with the part which could have happened through the shipping company. they we're on the ball and followed up and sent me a replacement within a few days. no hassle at all. it's great company with great pricing and excellent products.

Honest professionals. My old Rheem AC unit went bad Friday due to failed condenser fan motor in the middle of hot summer, and needed to find replacement motor and matching capacitor quick. Indoor Comfort Supply was the only store I found open on Saturday, so I called to try my luck. Eddie took time to understand what I need and made sure he had the parts I need before I made the 30 minutes trip. when I was in store, Eddie and partner patiently showed me how to wire correctly. I also brought the old capacity for the compressor, but Eddie determined it was still working and told me I didn't need to replace that one. Honest, knowledgeable professionals. I have had a couple of issues with my cooler that I wanted to try to solve by myself. Last fall, I brought the spindle that connects to my fan in and they determined pretty quickly what the issue was and I was able to repair a long standing issue. More recently, the cooler was mechanically working but would randomly stop. Indoor Comfort Supply heard me out and looked at my photos and determined that the relay on my controller was the likely culprit. They had a replacement controller in stock along with a wiring diagram to switch from my current model to the new one and some friendly advice that made me confident that I could perform the work. On the first try, I once again have swamp cooler that works better than ever. That controller will pay for itself by the time I am forced to start using my A/C again when the real summer kicks in. We have an evaporative cooling unit that was part of another air handling unit, and no one continues to supply the odd size of medium for it. Got a custom cut solution for a super reasonable price. Team was super helpful and shipped it the same day.

Purchased a stainless steel evap cooler from them. Dealt with Scott over email. The transaction was painless, they quoted 4 weeks to build it, but had it built and shipped to my home in just over two weeks. Was a great experience for US.

Ordered 2 stainless water basins for our church to replace rusted out old ones. These are extremely high quality in my opinion, they came with every thing needed to operate. I just bolted them on and plugged the water supply line in. I will definitely order from them again.
