We have been using this company for eight years now and are always very impressed with the technicians and office staff. Prices are also definitely reasonable. We had a warranty issue and were extremely happy with their resolution - they went out of their way to resolve the problem in a fast and professional manner. I would recommend Northern Air to anyone needing a reliable company they can count on.

Northern Air did an amazing job. They gave a service window and they were within the window. The tech Chris was very professional and went beyond in his service duties. Very happy and highly recommend.

I had a new a/c and heating system installed. Northern Air Mechanical Services contacted me when my unit was available, quoted me better and best prices, and worked with my schedule to arrange an installation day to replace my old system. The old system was too small for the size of my house-- it barely passed inspection -- and as it has gotten hotter and will continue to get hotter in AZ, it was important to me to purchase a larger, more reliable and efficient system than what I had. The installers were exceptional -- meticulous, careful, thorough, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It was an all day project, which I anticipated and I am glad they took the time to ensure everything was done according to the system requirements. I trust Northern Air Mechanical Services to do the best job possible. I have been very pleased with their system maintenance throughout the past couple of years; they take pride in their work. As I have mentioned before, they are professional, thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and informative. I highly recommend them.

I requested an appointment and the tech was there within a couple of hours. They were really good at answering all my questions and seemed knowledgeable and honest. My only issue is the website says $99 for the service but the fine print shows that offer expired so I had to pay $135. They need to update the website.

I came home from vacation to a dead AC. Not the welcome I expected. I called Northern Air and Jesse answered my call. He came at the time he said he would. Jesse worked for almost 7 hours to repair my unit. He worked until my AC was working perfectly. He made 3 separate trips to make that happen. His work did not go unnoticed. Thank you seems inadequate given he was on my roof from 930 until 4pm. I will definitely call this company again for any future work.

Happy to leave a review for Brian, who came out and assessed a small job and offered an immediate solution at a fair price. For a mechanical contractor that services commercial, I expected them to dismiss or overprice a simple residential job. Instead, they provided a fair price and immediate turnaround. Brian offered advice on pending renovations and never rushed through any part of the process. Northern Air will service my home from here on out and I will refer them to anyone who asks.

Our upstairs AC went out at the worst time ever, 114 degrees outside! I called and they were at my house within the next hour. Brian, the technician, was courteous and professional. He had the AC up and running so fast. He's my hero! I'm always impressed with how quickly they respond and fix the problem. I know with Northern Air I'm not going to be taken advantage of. They are honest and trustworthy. My family thanks you!

One very cold evening my heating unit stopped working. The next morning I went out and checked on it and realized it was totally frozen. I contacted one of the big AC contractors who came out took one glance and just said replace it. I contacted Northern Air mechanical and spoke to Tiffany. She explained what may have happened but we scheduled a service person to come out. They looked at the unit and did a very thorough diagnosis showing me exactly what had gone wrong. There were two problems with the unit. The unit was old but it was repairable. After explaining the options, Jason the serviceman suggested I replace the unit. Because of the units age and the repairs that were needed. I shopped the quote with another company and decided to go with Northern Air mechanical because they showed up on time, were fast, clean, explained everything to me and the pricing was very competitive. They made me feel like I was actually a valued customer and not just someone they could dump a unit on to make a few bucks and go away. I would highly recommend their services and products.

I have used Northern Air at my home and two business locations for over 10 years and keep using them because they are reliable and have always gotten any HVAC issues fixed in short order. My 22 year old AC unit finally went out at the house- I attribute its longevity to having regular maintenance by Northern twice a year. They just installed a premium replacement unit and did a great job. All their techs are friendly, courteous and answer all your questions. The new unit is up and running and I am ready for next summer!

We just moved into a house where the previous owners had three dogs, and the smell was everywhere.
Andrew performed an air duct cleaning and pulled out clumps of fur that were quite large.
He used a special sanitizer to help get rid of the pet odors that were trapped in the vents.
He also performed a dryer vent cleaning and found even more dog hair in the laundry line.
The doggy smell is completely gone now, and the house feels like it finally belongs to us.
He was very hard-working and didn't stop until he was sure every single vent was spotless.
I am very grateful for his help in making our new home feel clean and welcoming.

Newer LG Fridge/Freezer, stopped cooling and freezing, LG couldn’t get someone out until 7/8! Told them I’ll get it fixed and send them the bill. Ruslan came out about an hour after I called and determined the compressor has failed, gave him a deposit to get the parts, called me back a couple hours later and advised parts were in stock and he could come back this afternoon to repair I was available. Considering I’m living out of 3 coolers right now I said yes. He finished the repairs and did many extra quality steps/testing many places don’t do. Happy I was able to get this repaired within 24 hours and didn’t loose all my perishables. Thanks Ruslan!

I called United Appliance and Air when I discovered the refrigerator in my kitchen wasn't working. Ruslan answered my call, collected information about the issue and was at my door in about an hour. He was professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem and thoughtful in explaining the issue. Parts had to be ordered which Ruslan did on the spot and provided me with a timeframe when we could have the problem resolved. Within less than 24 hours, my refrigerator is back in working order!

Also important to note during this pandemic: Ruslan was masked and wore booties the entire time he was in my home. My husband and I wore masks too and feel confident that all of us were as safe as can be given the circumstances.

I highly recommend United Appliance and Air. I will call the next time one of our appliances is in need of service and will ask for Ruslan when I do!

After dealing unsuccsesfully with warranty company for over two weeks, I called Ruslan at United Appliances and within 9 hours of that call he had us up and running. He actually stayed until almost midnight to do the job same day. He did the assessment, found the compressor and came back to put it in. I was thrilled beyond belief. I'm not looking for anything else to break down anytime soon but he will be my first call.

Ruslan came out on short notice at about 8pm and fought with our old rusty AC unit and saved us from more hot sleepless nights.
