Hello, I have contracted with Cold Stinger Heating and Air Conditioning in Phoenix, Arizona. Chris prove to do excellent work with repairs and replacement. He also provide maintenance with helpful information to keep systems up and operating well. I give him 5 stars for the work he does.

With Arizona heat there is nothing better than a company that can help you right away! Chris was professional & was able to help us the same day.
We have an older unit and he was able to add R22 refrigerant for us for a reasonable cost - which is getting harder to find these days since AZ is phasing it out.
He never over charged us and didn’t try to add on extras! All these things are refreshing to have in a company these days - I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Chris & Cold Stinger!!

Our air condition went out in the middle of the night. I called. Cold stinger heating was able to secure early morning appointment. He came right on time. Our system works wonderfully. The repair was quick, and the technician was very polite and professional. I’m very satisfied with their business, and will likely rely on them for all of my heating and cooling those in the future. Our AC went out and the owners had a warranty company and they contacted them and they sent a person out. They were here for 5 hours and by this point it was very late so we told them to go home, they said they would come back the next day, they didn't. The owners gave us permission to call someone else and we called Chris at Cold Stinger Heating and Air Conditioning and he came out and fixed the mess the previous company made and got it fixed and working in less time than the other person was here messing it up.

So the sales person Chris was supposed to show up in my house. I even confirmed with him over the phone and via text. He never showed up. He never helped or called or anything. I went to their website multiple times and sent inquiries no one responded. I just kept trying to respond via email and no one responded. I called, but it kept going to Chris’s cell phone number in which he never picks up and his voicemail is full. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Fernando gave us excellent service on our heating service. He was prompt, knowledgeable and even vacumed the floor when he was finished in case there was any insulation on the floor. Highly recommend.

Alejandro Farias was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and very helpful. He thoroughly answered my questions and checked to ensure that our system was in good working order. He also showed videos of all of the components that were checked. There were no additional costs incurred today.

The service technicians were timely, thorough, and polite. They showed me some options for improving my system and pricing as well as provided inspections of my HVAC system.
