Isaac was such a gentleman and SO personable as well as professional and knowledgeable! He provided excellent service and went beyond helping with any problems. We have always been pleased with all the service folks from Howard Air.

This is a review for Howard Air & Plumbing, and in particular, technician Steven Irvin. I have been a Howard HVAC customer for years, and today had a plumbing inspection and analysis. The technician Steven Irvin came out and did a fantastic job! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly tech who was detail oriented and spent the time to do the job right. Helped educate me and provided thorough and detailed information. Five stars all the way - excellent service I have come to expect from Howard Air!

Today I had my Air conditioner checked before the heat begins in Phoenix. Ramon Ramirez came out for the service. I appreciated his respect for my home inside and out. He wore shoe covers while inside and when accessing the outside worked carefully around plants and the surroundings. He provided information as he was going through the maintenance check lists and encourage questions throughout his time here. I would highly recommend having your HVAC maintenance through Howard Air and performed by Roman Ramirez.

Nick G. provided my annual plumbing service. He was professional; respectful and personable. He explained what he was doing at each step and reported the results. We discussed additional options and he left me with information, but in no way pressured me to purchased anything, which I liked very much. I am very happy I have a maintenance service plan and will request Nick G. next year. And I will recommend Howard Air for both the HVAC and plumbing services they provided. They were terrific from the office staff to the technicians!

The technician was seriously impressive. I'm really happy with this company's service because they took care of my AC and heating repair perfectly. He was friendly, efficient, and got the job done on time. A fast and reliable service that I highly recommend to everyone. Thanks a bunch!

After a power surge damaged the AC control board, the technicians sourced and installed a new one swiftly. They tested all functions, from fan speeds to compressor cycles. Their electronic expertise revitalized my system.

My AC stopped responding to temperature changes, and it turned out the AC thermostat was not working properly. The technician arrived quickly and handled everything with care. Their work on the AC thermostat not working issue restored full control, and now the unit adjusts perfectly. Great experience from start to finish.

Alien Air is probably the best air-conditioning company I’ve ever dealt with in 26 years. Called Chris With Alien Air around 9 AM and a technician was out at my home at 1 PM the same day!! Excellent customer service!!!

We purchased a new Trane heating-air conditioning system from Alien about a year ago. They were on time and and the install went smoothy. The clean up was wonderful. Recent;y, we had to call out one of their technicians this summer when the system shut off and we could not determine the cause. Alien promptly sent out a very nice young man to check it out. He quickly determined the problem and took care of it, There was no charge. We plan to have them out on a regular basis to clean and service the system.

Three years later and another 5 stars for Chris and his team. Jeremy and Tony fixed the a/c on my business unit YESTERDAY and magically are at my house fixing my personal a/c situation TODAY!! Responsive, professional, smart and amazing. Thank you for being so awesome. 😊

This company is amazing, they do treat you like family and they are professional and thorough. We needed the whole nine yards, Chris went through our entire heating and air conditioning system and recommend a new cost effective and energy efficient system at an affordable price. The crew did a fantastic installation job and even installed new thermostats of our choice. We became new Alien customers and set up a regular maintenance service with our new Alien friends. Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price.
BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything.
I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I am impressed with this company. They installed my AC. Jeremy, was the person who came and did a 6 month service for me. He was professional, courteous and personable. I will use them for future services.

We've used Alien Air to service/fix our AC since 2017. They have always been great to work with. Our AC is newer but "too big" for our house, but they never tried to sell us a new one unlike some other companies who just want to make a sale. They have worked with us on how to keep it efficient so it doesn't eat up our electricity.

Every technician has been great to work with and super knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my AC needs.

This review is a little late, but it’s honestly because I’ve been enjoying my AC during this record heatwave and haven’t had to worry about my AC going out!!

I can’t express enough how genuinely impressed I was with this company! I called them in the Spring, to inspect and service my AC, which is a very old unit. Most companies, would have told me to replace the entire unit, and I’m sure anyone reading this knows how expensive that can be.

But not Alien. They put together a video presentation for me, detailing with actual photos of my unit, what parts they thought needed to be replaced or cleaned. They provided me a detailed estimate with no pushy sales tactics. They told me my older unit was a workhorse and would continue to run for many years with a little TLC.

It’s almost unheard of these days for a company to be so transparent and honest, especially when they know they could easily gouge you for a product you literally can’t live without.

YOU ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD ALIEN!

Jeremy came out first thing in the morning to problem solve our A/C system. We thought we would be without the system all weekend but because he was thorough in his diagnosis he was able to figure out there was a bad communication wire. He was very professional and didn’t mind me asking questions. Once again Alien Air Conditioning comes through with dedicated techs like Jeremy B.

My ac went out on a Friday evening and I didn't think we would get it fixed until Monday but alien ac came out on a Sunday and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Would highly recommend them and the ac tech was very professional and nice. He also gave us some helpful tips to hopefully stop the ac breaking again or atleast to prevent the same thing from happening.

Jeremy B came and fixed my air conditioner today, and he was great! Very friendly, prompt and helpful. He was even so kind to take my trash out on his way out! Highly recommend working with this company. Thank you!
