I had an issue and Alien dispatched someone to me quickly. It was lucky day… Jeremy Bowman (tech) to the rescue! He called several times letting me know his ETA. He asked a few questions and quickly spotted and resolved the issue successfully. He cleaned up quickly and gave me his card should I have any questions. This is service! We have used Alien Air to service our AC for several years and have always been satisfied with their professionalism and service.

This past year it was apparent our AC was struggling. Alien Air helped us get through the summer and worked with us on a plan to replace our unit. Today was the day and as always they did a great job! We had to replace the outside unit and the air handler inside. The guys were tidy, left no mess, and as always super friendly, and very communicative.

I recently had Alien Air conditioning come to check my Trane AC unit. The technicians name was Jeremy. This guy got there right on time ! Was respectful and professional. I’m always intrested in what is going on with my unit and he took the time to explain and show me findings and the servicing my ac unit would require. This company is truly a top notch A/C and heating repair company. If I ever need service in the future Alien Air will be my first choice! You’ve tried the rest ! We signed up for Alien AC's Home Comfort Service. It is comforting when the techs are able to prevent your AC from shutting down with scheduled service and routine maintenance. We've been enjoying uninterrupted cool summers for several years. You rock, Alien Air Conditioning and Heating!

After another company unsuccessfully couldn't figure out our a/c zoning and cooling issue. Jeremy from Alien Air conditioning found the issue, and repaired it quickly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and obviously had many years of experience. He explained every step as he thoroughly inspected and repaired our issue. He also followed up the next few days after repair to insure the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service. Chris took my call late in the day and got out there by 8AM the next morning. Took pics and video of everything. Showed and explained the issue in detail and got it fixed. Going to be booking him for new insulation next.

We highly recommend Alien for your AC services. Jeremy came out to do a check up of our Ac unit and maintenance to get us ready for summer, he identified a few areas to help us maintain our Ac unit preventatives and avoid over exerting the unit. They were able to do all of the updates we needed same day, waiving the service fee, and he even gave us helpful advice on swapping our filter to help our unit perform better and last longer. They were friendly, professional, and fast. We will definitely have them back for the rest of our AC needs!
