The Trusted Tech is the best! We were having problems with our fireplace and called the Trusted Tech and they came out right away and had the problem diagnosed in minutes. He ordered the part and made sure we got a warranty. He cleaned up the glass in our fireplace just because. Everything was spotless when he left. When we had an issue a few weeks later, he responded right away, came back out, and helped us solve the issue at no charge. Highly recommend! Incredibly professional and friendly.

Lucas was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful in solving our AC needs. Turns out he can fix gas fireplaces too! I was on a very tight deadline for both and he delivered exceptional quality of service. He was out of town when he took my initial call, and did not hesitate to address my needs immediately from that point. Woke up to our AC unit not working - contacted The Trusted Tech at 7am and Lucas was at our house at 8:30am. Lucas was great to work with, up front and honest, and overall great with communication/keeping me updated. He assessed the issue and worked to find the parts needed to get us up and running. Despite a separate issue, unrelated to the initial repair, Lucas re-arranged his schedule to come out the following day to ensure our AC was running as expected before we went out of town. AC parts and repairs are rarely cheap but felt pricing was more than fair. Lucas was thorough with his work and reviewed our system overall. Thanks again for your quick service and follow-up! Our AC stopped blowing cold air in May when the highs were over 100 degrees. I called Lucas in the morning and he came out in just 2 hours. He found the issue quickly and showed me exactly what was wrong with my unit. He offered very competitive rates to repair my unit, much better rates than a previous company that serviced my AC unit. He went above and beyond and got a part from the manufacturer to repair my unit, all under 2 hours. He’s now my “Trusted Tech” when it comes to cooling and heating!

Lucas always took care of mine and my sister’s AC units in our respective condos for years when he worked for another local hvac company. After he left that company, we were so bummed and never happy with the service we got. When we moved to our new home, we decided to see if we could find him. We were so happy to find that he started his own company, The Trusted Tech. We definitely do trust him! He’s awesome. Called me back the same day I reached out and was out to the house the next day to service our units. He’s always friendly, professional, and cleans up after himself. I had a real estate transaction that needed a repair HVAC person AND a gas fireplace person. I called several places including The Trusted Tech Cooling and Heating LLC which does HVAC work AND gas fireplace repairs!

Due to the very short closing time, Lucas, promptly came to see the fireplace on a Sunday between other previously scheduled HVAC installation jobs!! He immediately fixed the AC issue and quickly and accurately diagnosed the gas fireplace problem and explained the time and what it would take to correct the issue and get the fireplace working. He worked “exceptional” hours to make certain the fireplace was fixed so the transaction could close on time!

The work involved opening up the wall next to the fireplace, repairing the problem and he even closed the opening. His work was above and beyond what I expected! He was on time, very knowledgeable, detailed and cleaned up his work. Lucas takes pride in his work and is exceptionally professional.

I am recommending him to my Broker to be added to our in-house list of professionals that we can call—which I have never done with any other repair person. Lucas is truly amazing. My AC compressor began to suddenly make extremely loud noises in the heat of Summer in Phoenix. I looked up for companies for AC repair and called a few, including The Trusted Tech Cooling and Heating LLC. All of them told me they would come in the afternoon and except Lucas who accepted to come to give me a diagnosis for free, others had at least & 85 charge for showing up. Just from the phone conversation, I got a sense that Lucas genuinely cared and felt I could trust him. Unfortunately since it was too hot, when one of the companies, initially scheduled to come in the afternoon, called to say they could come in the morning, I accepted. When they came, they told me the fan of my compressor had snapped, and that the blade was rusty, and that the fan was not locally available and would take at least 5-7 days to get it. They also gave me such a high price to fix my AC that I agreed with their reasoning that it made more sense to buy a new AC. When I called Lucas to cancel the appointment, he said he did not think what they had told me was true and wanted to come and check to see what the issue was. Even though I told him that I had already signed the contract and they were coming to install the new AZ the morning after, he said he would come to still tell me what was wrong at no charge. He came and in fact spent quite a while on the phone to make sure the fan was locally available which was and he told me he could go to pick it up and fix my AC that same day. The price he gave me to fix it was even much less than half the price the other company had given me, while also telling me the part could not arrive sooner than at least five days, which meant I had to pay for a hotel room for at least five nights. I felt so regretful that I had not waited for Lucas to come since with the price he suggested, I would have bought a new AC, since I was thinking about the possibility of solar energy or replacing my AC in the winter rather than the summer. My AC would have worked perfectly with the new part. What was even more amazing about Lucas was that he did not push me to cancel my contract with the other company, even though he told me I could. He understood that I did not have the time and energy to do so but wanted to still let me know that I had been lied and very much overcharged.

Thank you Lucas for being such a kind and trustworthy person. People like you are quite rare in these lines of job who care more about their clients and for providing them with real service rather than focusing more on how to make more money. I would recommend this company without any hesitance and wish I had waited for Lucas instead of going with another company.
