He wanted 1/2 of the cost first and ran. Took him to small claims court and won. Then contacted the ROC . Took almost a yr to get back the money.

Chris gave me stellar service in resolving the issue with my washing machine and microwave. He assessed the problem and quickly came up with the solution. My washer is working again and I was happy he thought it better if he got the part and then returned to do the install, the same day! I really appreciated him going over and beyond to make sure my washer was up and running!

My AC was having issues with turning on so I called Dial One Mears to help diagnose the issue. This is my second time working with them and it could not have been a better experience.
