Lucas came and got our propane gas logs working in the house and got our propane fire pit working. He is very professional, thorough and friendly. And priced less than all other competitors I got quotes from. Call Lucas!

I had Lucas visit my place last week cause my heater wasn't working, he found a low cost solution and was a simple thermostat going bad. He checked out the system, replaced the filters and the thermostat in about an hour and a half and it works great now. Much better to be able stay warm as the old heater works like new. He found the problem in 20 minutes.

Next year I will call me and get my heater checked out by him again.

Trusted Tech did a nice job for us installing a modern electronic ignition assembly for our 20 year old gas fire place. Lucas and Jason knew what they were doing and professionally got the job done. Will consider them again for subsequent work.

I had an issue with my gas fireplace where it wouldn't light. I had called around 4 different places and they were too busy to get to me. All of that changed when I called The Trusted Tech. Their technician Lucas was out and found my problem the same day. He even gave me options to prevent me from ever getting on my hands and knees again to light that pilot.
I went with electronic ignition with a remote control. He even cleaned up my fire glass and got rid of all the cloudiness. My fireplace works well and is beautiful!

Lucas was the technician that serviced my HVAC unit and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his first time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my unit. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed his job. I believe he is an excellent representative of his company.

100% recommended. Last night at 9pm my 88 y/o dad calls me to tell me that his AC stopped working. It's over 100 degrees. It takes me 30 minutes to find a 24/7 service company. I talked to Lucas, the owner, at Trusted Tech and he tells me that all his technicians are busy on a Friday night, but he promised to call me back in 15 minutes. He did. Trusted Tech was great! Lucas called in advance to let me know when he would arrive. He assessed my fireplace and found that the issue was merely a bad switch - a $5 part at Home Depot. I appreciate that he was competent (able to get to the root of the problem) and honest (told me that it was a cheap part that I could replace myself).
