I just wanted to say how great this company is. They are easy to work with and always come on time and service my units in a timely manner, even in an emergency situation during the busy season. I especially want to call out Jared, who was the on-call tech this past weekend. He not only came out and was able to fix my unit in one visit, he also gave me tips on how to make my AC unit run more efficiently. The real reason he is standing out is I explained to him how a part failed just two months out of warranty on one of my Lennox units and it was a pretty expensive repair. I explained to him how I tried to contact Lennox and ask if they would be willing to offer some sort of credit, but did not hear back after almost a month. Jared made one call to them and the next day, I get an email stating they will offer a full credit for the repair/part. You rarely see this level of customer service or care for customers these days. Jared went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that is how you keep a customer for life! Please keep this guy on your staff!! He is the type of person you want to service your customers.

Once again Adam and the whole crew at Dial One Mears did a great job for me. First I didn't know what I needed. They calmly explained my situation, old system not functioning well, and gave me options. No pressure. They arranged for my ducts to be sealed, including a 4 inch x 2 ft gap in the attic. They also installed a small split AC unit in our garage that is quiet and relatively cheap. Everything was done quickly even though it was the middle of summer. They are so nice to me it feels like family in my house. Thank you Adam and gang.

One of our AC unit’s condenser and fan stopped working in early June. Our usual AC company assessed the issue and quoted nearly $10,000 for the repair. Unsure about the cost, we decided to get other opinions—and we’re so glad we did.

They came out the same day to inspect the system and not only confirmed the original issue but also discovered a leaking coil. They went above and beyond, calling around the entire valley to locate the last available coil.
