On time, kind and competent. Esteban explained what needed to be repaired on our HVAC and offered options based on our income and detailed explanations of what to expect with each option. Being older, I am always concerned about being taken advantage of in a repair but I felt very secure with Esteban’s work and his advice.

Fidel and Damian were nice, polite, and most importantly know their plumbing stuff. Walked me through my plumbing concerns, discussed everything, and got them fixed. We did a filter change and upgraded to a 6 stage reverse osmosis water system. Then connected my ice line and added a glass washer where my soap dispenser was. Thank you guys!

Elias was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Company was sympathetic to us being without hot water and made sure we got our replacement right away.

We have had them for quite a while now but after their most recent filter change our drinking water flow reduced drastically and when we called them to request a check they asked us an additional 80$ to come and check. Extremely rude customer service when we tried pleading our case despite the fact we are their customers since long!They were very dismissive! I do not recommend these guys! The service is very different from when we started with them initially!

Such fast and wonderful service. From the first call at 5:30am to having a new water heater installed by 10am. Everyone at the office and in the field was exceptional. Thanks so much for taking care of us!!

I had dealt with American Home and Water in the past for service calls on my A/C units and to install new units and a new water heater. This company is excellent on all levels from their equipment to customer service to their professional and knowledgeable staff. I had to call them today for a concern about my hot water heater and once again, they did not disappoint! I’m so happy to see that their level of service has not decreased one bit. Our home water pressure had been running very high recently (100 psi) because our pressure-reducing valve failed (it was 15 years old). AHWA installed a new pressure-reducing valve, and reset the pressure to 75 psi.

Our backflow preventer had also recently failed, so we also had that replaced.

AHWA did an excellent job. They arrived in the early part of the time window. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done in about an hour. And the pricing was reasonable.

We have used AHWA for over 10 years and are very pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

Jorge from AHWA just installed my 40 gallon hot water heater & I'm so in love. He was kind, professional & was a pleasure to work with. I paid approx. $1,899 which is a full $1,000 cheaper than what my normal service pros wanted for this repair.

RO Filter change. The techs were Awesome! Friendly and answered any questions that I had regarding the RO system. They checked everything thoroughly, were efficient, and cleaned up anything on the site. Would recommend the two techs and American Water & Air to everyone. Thanks for the awesome work!

Service was for annual check up and filter change on our R/O water system at the kitchen sink. Our unit was old and tech #1 suggested a replacement. Received a 5% discount as an existing customer. Tech #2 was mostly bothered and not friendly. New system was replaced quickly. Would have liked better and friendlier service, especially while spending nearly $800.

My service provider was excellent described things at the walk-through that I may be experiencing and how to repair it, they were on time very clean and very efficient. I was even able to work during their visit! Very satisfied and have already given out their card to several of my neighbors.

Fidel came out to change filters on R/O. He noticed the membrane was bad after testing and also checked the PSI coming into the house. After explaining it might be better off to replace Pressure Reducing Valve and the whole R/O system. After discussing, we decided to replace both.
Fidel was very polite and courteous, and explained all the options. He went back and checked his work several times and explained how to maintain the R/O for optimal performance.

I had AHWA out to remove an old water softener and close the loop. The technician Higi was efficient and wonderful. The courtesy call to let me know he was on his way was very helpful and appreciated. The job was done well and looks great. Thank you so much for the work. Every experience with this company has been great.

Always great work and very helpful when questions are asked. Masun Hively was here today and replaced RO filter but also provided great suggestions on what to do and not do to expand the life of all my garbage disposal, water softener as well as the RO system. Glad to be using this company!

These guys rock. I've had them do some HVAC work and they are very friendly, don't make you feel dumb for asking silly questions, and give plenty of options and tips to keep your unit running well. They respond quickly and can usually get out on site fast. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have been using American Water and Air for over a decade for my RO water system needs. They’ve always been amazing. I highly recommend them. My most recent technician Elias was great and I appreciate his quick work with replacing my filter!

Dylan did an outstanding job replacing the control head on my Patriot water softener. The new head wouldn't step past a certain point and everyone was telling him to get another one. He found out it was actually an add in piece on one of the gears that was improperly installed at the manufacturer. He took it out, realigned it properly, reassembled it and it worked properly after that and went through all of the steps on the next cycle with out any problems.
