I woke up this morning and my AC wasn’t working properly. I called a few places. One I was met with a bot, not my thing. Another told me that to get here quickly they would charge a massive fee. I spoke with Scottsdale Air and they made it happen. Got someone here quickly.
Hector called me to let me know he was on his way, arrived within an hour, and had my AC up and running quickly. He was pleasant, knew what he was talking about and I would definitely recommend Scottsdale Air and Hector is Amazing!

Scottsdale Air installed the AC/Heat unit in 2017. They were courteous, professional and on time. It was an easy choice when it came time to have the system maintained. Austin was assigned the appointment. On the morning of the scheduled day, he called me directly to let me know he was running a little behind. He called well in advance which was thoughtful rather than running late and no call. He explained what he was going to do and I was able to continue working without interruption. Austin was thorough and worked efficiently. Afterwards, he took the time to show me pictures of what had done. Austin’s professional attitude and thoroughness is why I choose Scottsdale Air for all my cooling and heating needs. Thank you Austin and Scottsdale Air for a job well done!

Our tech Hector Sanchez was on time and did a great job doing periodic maintenance on our 2 HVAC units. I would highly recommend him….5 Stars ! Price included additional products purchased.

Today was my first experience with Scottsdale Air. Both technicians were highly professional and very knowledgeable. I am so glad I transitioned from to Scottsdale Air. I have a Trane AC system. It is such a pleasure to have AC technicians out to the house that know the system and provide stellar care.

Patrick Fair was amazing. Respectful, considerate, polite. He spoke to me in an educational manner and offered suggestions and recommendations without the sales push. He even took the opportunity to love on my dog!

Cole was very professional and knowledgeable of our situation. He went above and beyond by going into the attic to check out our ductwork as we were considering replacing it. He also gave us other options to new ductwork. He also took pictures to show us his findings. By the way, he was the first technician in years to offer to go into our attic even though I told him he didn't have to. Thank you Cole.

Austin was a great technician. We got service in probably less than an hour after I called. He had just finished up a call and came right over. He wasn’t able to repair the blower motor circuit board because the part needs to be ordered, but he answered all our questions and was very polite and helpful. We are very happy with Scottsdale Air.

Cole and Eric were very professional. They both were very knowledgeable about the furnace at our home. They explained what was wrong with our HVAC and explained our options for addressing our situation! We were very happy with there explanation and once our decision is made we plan on using them for doing the work!

I subscribed to the annual maintenance program, and I couldn't be happier with the care and thoroughness of the evaluation provided by Patrick. He's a true professional, and ensures that A/C and Heater are functioning normal. I highly recommend!

In business things will always happen, more importantly it’s how we show up when things go sideways, that truly matters. Had an issue initially and the front office took care of everything quickly. New technician came out and was great and did an amazing job. Kudos for the follow up and making things right.

Cannot say enough about this company. We had a nightmare experience with another AC company that caused a ton of issues to our system. They were so empathetic and supportive to get this resolved for us quickly and at a fair cost. Eric is the absolute best! The day of workers were also wonderful, efficient and clean. Our system is now in and working great and we are very pleased with the experience.
