Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! My family is very pleased with the noiseless ac now that the ac unit is sealed properly! 👌 and all for a great price to! He really does care for his clients and doesn't tiptoe around any issues. I highly recommend him!

I turned in a service request with my home warranty company within an hour I was contacted by Pinon. They scheduled an appointment for 8am the following morning. Yogi Pinon and his son Ruben showed up on time diagnosed and repaired my Heat Pump with in about an hour. I am very satisfied with the professional service. I will use them for all my needs and refer them to others as well.

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

Great service with the summer heat in the valley. Appointment made less than 24 hours - Yogi knew exactly what was wrong. He went online to order my part but said it would take awhile. So he drove down to the west valley facility to get the part and paid for it out of his own pocket before any approval with my home warrenty. I will have this company service my ac from now on. Yogi was called at 5:30 pm on a Thursday, he was here at 1pm on Friday ( earlier than the appointment was scheduled) he assessed the problem, order parts and was back out on Monday to install .My A/C is running top notch again ,Yogi is always very informative, and his communication thru the process is top notch .I highly recommend Pinon Air

Excellent service tech and the owner was there to supervise and guide them to complete the service. Very detailed oriented in diagnosing the actual issue and provide long term fix rather than short term. They also educated me on other preventive and cost effective procedures that will help your home to keep cool. Since I went through my warranty firm I can’t commit on the pricing. No matter what after couple of other firms who do such a poor job, these are best ever service I would wish for and recommend. Please don’t look further, local owned, customer focus and detail orientated in getting the job done.
