Contacted them about 4 weeks ago regarding instillation of a whole home air filtration system. Within 48hrs it was installed. They said it would help out with allergens and asthma. I have asthma and my wife allergies are terrible. She sneezes 200+ times a day. 5 weeks later her sneezing is down below 20 times a day which is awesome! Thank you Matt Armer for helping my family breath better. Prices are fair and they really do care!

Outstanding customer service from the first phone call to Jennifer. They understood the dilemma that we were standing in a 95° home with no working AC and dispatched a driver same day. Called to confirm and verify address. Very professional, knew what they were doing and changed some parts - so we ow have working AC. Although this is a new home with a new service contract, we had heard great things about this company on Alwatukee411 and Local Facebook. No reason to call the installer and home builder and argue for warranty work that they would schedule 2 weeks out! I was told by 3 different AC companies that I need to AC unit replaced. This was going to cost me around 5 to 7 thousand dollars. I had Matt inspect my unit and was able to repair it properly for under 300 dollars. He gives you and honest answer and fix to your AC/Heating issue. Highly Recommend Armer Air LLC any time.

Trustworthy. I cannot recommend Armer Air enough! I had two larger companies tell me I needed a whole new A/C system. Matt came out and fixed our heat pump with a minor part! This is a company you can trust to do the right thing.

I have been a customer of Armer Air for almost seven years. Matt and his team have taken great care of my a/c unit. Last year I had an air handler issue over the 4th of July holiday, and Matt was able to repair my issue within an hour of calling, and with a smile! This past weekend my unit began blowing warm air, and Matt walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone that ended up fixing the issue. He didn't charge a dime for his time. Matt is not only an incredibly kind human, he's also a fantastic and honest business man. I was personally referred to Matt/Armer Air by a friend when my AC unit stopped working. Alex was a great communicator, super kind, respectful, helpful and so very patient. When I asked about something at the end, he volunteered to go back up in the attic after he was done. I apologized and he respectfully said “I want to help you”, and I could tell he truly and sincerely meant it. Amazing hire and kudos to both Alex and Armer air for truly caring for and taking care of the customer.

We were referred to this company by a friend to address a collapsed duct in our attic. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. They sent a technician who, in my opinion, was inexperienced and unprepared. I had to provide him with shoe covers and show him where the attic was. After evaluating the area, he mentioned only the collapsed section might need replacement—but his communication and overall professionalism were poor.
After he left, I discovered he had damaged the attic door and surrounding molding, and left fingerprints all over our freshly painted walls. I immediately contacted the company and sent photos of the damage. They said they would send a handyman to repair it, but weeks have passed with no follow-up.
We also asked a simple question about their service guarantee if we chose to move forward, and received no response unless we repeatedly followed up by phone or email.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. If a business can’t deliver basic professionalism or follow through on promises, being a “small company” is no excuse. Now I’m left to fix the attic door myself.
