Matt Armer is honest! What a rare quality in today's world. My heat pump was blowing lukewarm air and he told me to wait a few hours and turn it back on. Waited 4 hours and it is blowing hot air. Have an A/C or heat issue? Call Armer Air!

A total scam. I had an issue where one of my two zones was not functioning properly. They inspected the unit in the attic and then told me they had fixed the problem by "opening the zone 1 damper that was stuck closed". They convinced me they had fixed the problem even though I didn't notice any change in airflow. Later, I did my own research and crawled up there myself. Turns out my zone 2 damper was never closing (simple fix I did myself) and it's not possible to "open the zone 1 damper" because it's physically unable to get "stuck shut". The only way they could have figured out what the actual problem was would have been to look at the zone 2 damper, which was difficult to access and required digging through insolation. This must have been too much work for them, since there was no trace of them accessing it. Laziness and lying got them $80. Single females beware. Do your own research and don't use Armer Air.

I recently bought a house with a 17 year old HVAC unit. Matt came out and gave a thorough inspection of the unit. He recommended replacing the condenser fan motor and the unit is noticeably blowing cooler air. Couldn't be happier with the level of service. Thanks Matt!
