Robert (Rob) (Robby) (Bob) (Bobby), 😁. You are the best!!!!! For all that read reviews, I would rate Robert and his company a 10+ star rating in all categories. Not only did he come right over first thing on a Sunday morning, he had the necessary parts on your truck (can't say that about other companies) and repaired my A/C unit fast and efficiently. The price is right. Now, more on a personal note.. you are a down to earth man with a dynamic personality and have such a caring heart as you comforted my two puppies that are recuperating from surgery and holding/ hand feeding my hairless gineau pig. Both my husband and I enjoyed shooting the breeze with you after the repair was completed. We love your positive outlook on life and were amazed with all your colorful experiences/stories. Thank you so much!!!! We will have you over again to watch football and in a few months back over to repair our heater.

Great service and very professional. Rob showed up on a Saturday within 2 hours of me calling him when our AC seemed to have checked out on us. He took a look at it and identified that the motor and module had probably started to go bad. He also did all the usual checks for leaks, capacitor condition, freon etc. His rates are very resonalble and he takes time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommended. Thank you Rob.

Rob was so great to go check on our AC unit on a Sunday afternoon! He was very clear and communicated well with us regarding the issue we had going on. This was very helpful considering it is our second home and we are not always in the area. We will definitely be using him again in the future and would recommend him our family and friends.

Wow! Rob and EnviroTech have my business and my family's business forever. I was trying to figure out my AC by myself which quit working earlier in the day. As I was walking through Home Depot, I asked one of their associates about replacing an HVAC contactor. Another customer who was in the aisle with us said, "I have an AC guy that's totally worth calling, he took care of my family late in the evening". As it was 7:00 pm, I was skeptical, but gave him a call. Rob picked up! He said he would be out at my house in approximately 20 minutes as the sun was setting.

Rob was eating dinner, when I had called him. He came out to help my family and saved the day! His prices are fair. His service is efficient, friendly, experienced, and his technical acumen was evident through his teaching (as I watched him diagnose and fix my AC unit while talking to me). Incredibly thankful that Rob's other customer stopped me at Home Depot.

Believe all that 5 star reviews, he's worth giving a call for your AC concerns.

If there were more than 5 stars to give I would without a doubt. Today when of course it was going to be 108' I noticed our AC wasn't cooling off the house. It was running non stop and not cooling off at all. I knew I had to call someone today. I looked online and saw many ac/heat companies but I also saw *many* really bad reviews and complaints of companies over charging and scamming customers. I then looked up companies that were near me and Enviro Tech came up on the very top and had great reviews.
I called and talked to Rob who was super friendly and came out at a time I would be home. When I opened the door I knew I had the right guy. Rob had been here years before and replaced our original AC units. We hadn't had any problems since his last visit and I couldn't have been happier that we found him again. He checked out the problem AC unit and within only a few minutes saw the problem. We are happily enjoying the cool air once again. The repair price was not some inflated outrageous price either, it was more than fair. I'm afraid to know what others might have charged.
I honestly feel like Rob looks out for this customers and wants happy customers. That seems to be a rare thing with companies like this so if you deal with him you won't regret it. He is a super nice guy too and when you talk to him it's like talking to a friend who really cares about you. How nice is that!

Quick, responsive, friendly and fair. Can't recommend Rob and Enviro Tech enough. If you need your AC repaired or serviced, definitely call these guys first! They were quick to respond to my broken AC and got it repaired fast and at a fair price.

Rob is the man! I'm writing this review as he is finishing up the AC repair. He was prompt, corteous and knew exactly what was wrong with it. We were on the phone with our home insurance company to send a technician since yesterday and they can't send anyone until tomorrow!
I found Enviro Tech online and was I so glad that Rob answered my call. He came to fix our AC within the hour and got it up and running in no time. Even our home insurance company wanted to hire him on the spot, that's how great he is!

I was looking for a new AC company since the company I had been using the past years was no longer in business. I have been dreading finding someone new because it's so hard to find a trustworthy repairman.

Rob was very professional and took the time to explain to me everything he was doing. His prices were very fair, he went over what he needed to do, how much it would cost prior to doing the work. It's refreshing to feel there are honest people out there who take pride in the work they do.

I'm not the guy that writes feedback very often but the experience was that good. I think its hard to find people to trust that also have the years of experience in being good at their job.
I called and spoke with Rob on a Friday night at 10 PM after coming in and finding my AC running but not cooling down the house. Rob set up a Sat morning appointment, showed up on time and from the get go I knew I was talking to a good guy. As he checked out my AC he explained what he was doing, saw that I was curious and he continued to comment as he inspected my AC. He was very methodically and obviously knew what he was doing. It turned out to be a capacitor and he replaced that. He showed me some bad wiring with actual exposed wire and a connector of some kind that was about burnt out. He recommended placing it in the near future but I had him replace it right then since I felt comfortable with the work. He showed me the old part and how it was obviously on its last leg so it was clearly not a sell up, I had to ask him if he could take the extra time to do it. His prices are fair and good. I will definitely be calling him back if there are any more issues or when I decide to finally get a new AC unit.
I'm an electrical technician and previous Navy welder so know a little about electronics. Rob definitely knows his job.

The employee who sits at the far right of the left counter (I don’t know her name) is consistently rude and unprofessional.

I came in recently looking for a part I had simply overlooked on the shelf. When I asked if they carried it, she snapped at me, pointed sharply, and barked, “It’s right there!” The tone was so abrupt and hostile that I was genuinely shocked.

A coworker who flew in from out of state to help on the same job later told me he had the exact same negative experience with her. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wondered if she might be neurodivergent, but I watched her be perfectly pleasant and helpful to every other customer who came in after me. So it clearly wasn’t a bad day or a disability, it was just directed at me for no apparent reason.
I now avoid her counter completely.

Heads up to everyone else: if you get her, expect short, rude service. Just manage your expectations before you walk in.

Arrived to a line of techs waiting to be helped all while several people behind the counter where standing with their mouth open watching tv, 1 of the girls took forevwe gwtting ready to help anyone, i was looking for adapters to which they offered no help/ insight as to what i needed, she simply pointed to a wall, perhaps they dont have enough knowledge in what they sell and offer.
