Issues started after the preventative maintenance on my AC system and till that time it was working fine and the quote I got was too much for a minor quick fix which I got it done from another company. Lot of attitude towards customer service.

Sun Devil Heating and Air scheduled a service call within 2 hours of my call to them. Our AC unit was not working and it was 101 ° outside. Our technician fixed the problem in 30 minutes and made our day! They are in the business of satisfying their customers.

It was a very positive experience. The workers were friendly and professional. All was cleaned after. The work to repair the ceiling skuttle was done timely and very professional.

Another 5 stars for Frank and the wonderful people at Sun Devil Heating and Cooling. They exemplify what good customer service means. I had a clogged condensate pipe here, which was causing my bathroom ceiling to do the dreaded drip drip drip. Ugh. Frank was on-time and super efficient and fast. Thank you so much for your kindness and consideration in getting here so fast.

Had nothing but issues with the unit after the first month I had it (they changed the same part numerous times). They gave me free service for two yrs., and were at my place constantly, they had one good serviceman, but it got to be they had to put us in a hotel room cause in the middle of the summer. Well they finally got so sick of it they told me they were done with me, and wouldn't service it anymore. Told me go directly to York for warranty they were done. I used them for the price, and the 2 yr free service, but had issues non-stop.

Annual checkup on a new unit. Sun Devil is great and stands by their products. I’ve used other companies and Sun Devil by far is the best!! I recommend Sun Devil every chance I get.

Gerardo and his team at Sun Devil Heating and Cooling are the BEST! We were out of town when the AC started to have a problem. I sent Gerardo a text, and he had a tech come out early the next day. Kevin figured out the problem and explained to our house sitter what it was and how he would fix it. We were able to come home to a cool house because these guys are great.

Kevin was my technician for today. He was very professional and informative as to what the issue was and fix the problem quickly. I would recommend Sun Devil to anyone that needs help.

I have been a customer of Sun DEVIL SINCE 2020, when they installed a new HVAC. My A/C went out over the weekend & I called Sun Devil on Monday morning and spoke with Jennifer, who was so kind and helpful! She immediately had l a service call scheduled and a technician (Frank) was at my door with in 1/1/2 hours. Frank quickly identified the problem, replaced the non working part and had my A/C running smoothly within a few hours .

It's hard to maintain the schedule for heating and cooling in addition to everything else in adulthood. Therefore, I joined the service plan. They email me twice a year when service is due so I can schedule on time. Frank is my usual technician and he is great! He works with me, explains things in a way I can understand, and isn't scared of my dogs.

What a wonderful company from the owner to all the employees that helped us. Super knowledgeable, helpful and caring. We had a unit that was 5 years old installed by another company. It died on us 6 times. I reached out to Sun Devil Heating and Cooling and they did not disappoint with pricing/install on a new unit.

Bought a York system from these folks 5 years ago. While the system itself has had some issues each year, that's on the manufacturer. The ladies and techs have always been extremely pleasant to deal with, are always prompt, and do whatever they can to keep my money in my pocket. I will def get my next unit from these guys. Wonderful service overall.

Install of New Trane Ac & New Gas Furnace. So far it was just wonderful service. On time, got right to work installing new furnace & Trane AC. Hardly any mess was left for me to clean up.
The Smart new Thermostat is pretty much left for me to research, but I can call Sun Devil If i have a problem with it. It was explained to me & seems easy to control, however. Time will tell. All Smart Electronics are smarter than me. LOL.

The service person today took alot of time to to examine and clean the system> Wish more service people were not in such a big rust. I fell like he did a great job. The HVAC system is under a % year service agreement. Tim

Lifesavers! I was referred from someone who spoke highly of this company. They do not disappoint. Professional, the pricing was reasonable. Workmanship, the salesman and technicians and Heather who helped me with a quote over the phone every step was easy during g a difficult time with these people, I really appreciated it. I will use them again.

Knowledgeable, friendly, customer service was outstanding! They were willing to install my overflow switch and do maintenance checkup the same day. Other companies would not. We signed up for maintenance agreement too! I would highly recommend Sun Devil heating and cooling.

I appreciate the transparency when I was on the phone with Geraldo! He knew exactly what I was trying to explain to him and understood the due diligent I took to ensure I wasn't wasting anyone's time. I value the fact that he trusted in me as a customer.

He had a tech, Kevin, come out first thing in the morning to fix the furnace. When he arrived, he was quick to understand what the problem was and validated my symptoms. In less than an our our control valve was swapped out and the heater was back in action.

The installers of our new HVAC and hot water heater were quick, cordial and cleaned up after themselves. A new thermostat was necessary with the new system. The tech, Kevin, returned with a new google nest thermostat. He walked me through set-up and how to use it. I couldn't have done it by myself. He was patient and knowledgeable. Geraldo was great to work with. He gave us a decent estimate and kept his promise that we'd be happy.

Frank was the tech and was great. He communicated throughout the whole process and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his work. Sun Devil as a company has been great as well. This is a stand up company. They installed my new Trane heat pump 3 years ago and the price beat other Trane dealers by a lot!! They also offered a good warranty. Whenever I have had a question they are always kind a courteous. Geraldo is a good guy to work with and always stands by his word. Just a great family owned company. I highly recommend.

From the start meeting with Geraldo was a pleasure. His knowledge about the various systems and confidence in his installers to get the job done correctly and efficiently was very reassuring. When I mentioned that I was secheduled for a second estimate he assured me that he had no concerns about what he was going to guote me. His estimate was 6k lower than the other guys even with thier "Veterans and First Responder discount"....
Quality system, install and professional and personable installers. System was up and running 48 hours after making the deal.
