My mom had Benefit install our ac system in 2010. It is now 2025 and it has outlasted her and shows no signs of stopping. We've had a few techs for our semi annual maintenence and every one of them has been polite, proficient, and a pleasure to interact with. We had Anthony out today and he not only took before and after pics, he took the time to break down the report so I could fully understand it. I'm grateful my mom chose Benefit while she was alive and I'm grateful for their continued service and expertise.

We have been using Benefit Air for many years. I have always loved them. When I book our appts. it's with Anthony who is very accommodating for our schedules! Also, if we have to reschedule he is very understanding and helpful. We try to have Juan be our person as he knows us and the units. Juan is AWESOME and knows his stuff!! Thank you Benefit Air.

My air conditioner started leaking through the ceiling last night. Letting me know if something's clogged, and something's not right. I had to shut the air conditioner off and I was worried that it might be days before somebody could get out of here to look at it. In this heat, that was not gonna be okay. The first thing this morning, I called benefit air, and they actually had somebody out here between uh, 4 and 6, and he even showed up about 10 minutes early, it was great. The Technician took a look at everything, diagnosed the problem. Nothing but professional. Went inside and did what he had to do, then had to go outside on a ladder to finish uncloging the overflow drain line. He took care of everything cleaned up his mess and was out of here easily within an hour and a 1/2. I'll tell you what, if you have a problem these are the guys to call. I wouldn't call anybody else.They took care of me today and theyll take care of you too, I'm sure. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic.

Anthony was so pleasant to work with when he came to service my AC. Since I was having a problem with my thermostat, he looked at it and was going to replace it with another one of the same model, a 724. But he also gave me information on the XL824. After explaining the benefits of the newer thermostat and the features it had, and the fact that I could get it at a reduced cost, I decided it would be to my advantage to purchase it. Anthony installed it, programmed it and explained to me how it worked. So happy I made the decision to have the newer one installed. Would be happy to have Anthony service my AC the next time I have need for it. Benefit air is lucky to have Anthony working for them. He is efficient and professional.

Charles (Chuck) took care of unplugging a very clogged condensation line for me. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I am back in business for now. Thanks Benefit!

Both Anthony’s at Benefit Air Conditioning have been so amazing, knowledgeable and professional to work with. Anthony in the office took all the time I needed to explain my unique situation to him and within minutes he got an appointment for me to have the other Anthony come out and inspect my unit. While they weren’t able to perform any work yet because of the requirements of the Manufacturers warranty I feel very confident in saying they have an excellent work ethic and knowledge of technical the issues I have with a/c.

Had Mikey here today and what a SUPER nice man!’ He worked very efficiently and finished my ac check up in less than a hour.

Jeremy was on time, efficient and friendly. Benefit Air came out to provide an annual HVAC system maintenance. The new A/C installed one year ago by Benefit Air is working perfectly . I'm Happy with Benefit Air and highly recommend them.

"As a 26-year HVAC commercial veteran, I can confidently say Chuck is the best. He uses common sense, applies no high-pressure sales tactics, and performs very thorough diagnostics.

He located a small leak, fixed it, and added a pound of refrigerant to make everything perfect. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and patient when explaining the technical aspects of my variable-speed system.

I've found my new go-to service company for my Trane unit—it's hard to find technicians this good. I highly recommend Chuck for any Trane variable-speed systems.

I signed up for his twice-a-year maintenance plan to protect my Trane XV, double-check the leak, and monitor two minor issues (communication errors and a bearing noise).

It's a huge relief knowing I have a trustworthy technician nearby for any serious problems.

I called and Juan was able to come out the next day for a temporary repair. He came back to do a permanent fix 2 days later. Our air pump works great again and we thank Juan for his professional and courteous service!

Juan C. was my tech and he was truly great to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and he even helped me to understand the work he was doing for me. He got my mini split back up and running.

[UPDATE] On November 6, 2025 I asked for Juan C. to visit again for my latest (second) mini-split installation and once again he was great to work with. I had a similar problem as before but he was able to get things back up and running quickly and affordably. Thank you again, Juan and Benefit Air.

I called so many companies to get a quote and no one could give me an upfront, set cost. When I contacted benefit air conditioning, the gave me a set price. No surprises. This is huge for me. No b.s.- When the technician arrived he was polite and knowledgeable. I was comfortable with him in my home. He did an excellent job and even explained to me how I could up keep it myself. No company will tell you these things because they wanna milk you. From here on out benefit air conditioning will be my go to company and I will highly recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you for the great work. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Honest company.
