I signed up for the annual maintenance program today. Anthony and Mike were awesome, professional and personable. I had used Benefit Air years ago at a different house and always found them to be super reliable, considerate and a great company!

Juan was here with a student tech learning the business. There was an issue with freezing in the lines. Juan knew how to handle the issue and was very professional. The service call took longer than expected, but it gave Juan a chance for a good teaching situation . I appreciated all the extra effort put forth on my equipment and roof. Great job to both technicians!

I have been a customer with Benefit Air for more than 10 years and have found them to be very reliable and thorough with system checks and have trusted them to replace both of my HVAC units. Also, they service our church units, of which there are a total of 17. I have the utmost confidence in their work and in their integrity.

Overall a good experience. A co-worker recommended Benefit Air, so I reached out to get set up for annual maintenance, with 2 visits a year. Our A/C is 17 years old (Trane), and we just moved in about 6 months ago.

The tech, Chuck, was friendly, communicated each step of the way, and did a thorough inspection of the AC unit, air handler. He discussed a few things to consider optimizing. Overall, I found him to be very honest with no upcharge or sales pushing.

At the end of everything, he recommended I replace two capacitors near failure (both were original). He also said in his follow up visit in late Spring, he'd recommend verifying the correct refridgerant charge and install an overflow detector for the drip pan in the attict. All reasonable things. Overall I received a good accessment of my HVAC system and feel like this is a company that will help keep my aging AC functional for a reasonable cost vs push me to replace it.

We have been using this company for several years. Even when we just moved to a new location June 19, 2025 , we used them to check the heating/ air conditioning units. This is a small quality company that has quality technicians and service to their customers. The staff is excellent for example Anthony in the office is terrific with communication before, during and after your service. He gets right back to you with which particular technician will be coming to your house. Mikey Knight serviced our heating units on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. He sent a text from his prior service place to us giving us detailed information ( sent photo of himself) ahead of coming to our house. He did a thorough investigation of our heating units ( furnace) and provided details as to its performance. Well appreciated. Demonstrates the excellent quality and training of Benefit Air's technicians. Highly recommend this company. Priced very reasonably for their two services provided ( once in Spring once in Fall).

Benefit Air has been our service company for 10 years! Anthony and Mikey are wonderful, they take their time to make sure everything is perfect, and they explain any issues in a way I can understand. I feel like they love their job, and they really care about our home.

Leo and Joseph were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled the HVAC service with total professionalism. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of the space. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got everything running smoothly, all while explaining things clearly and offering helpful tips. You can tell they take pride in doing quality work. Highly recommend this great team!

Tyler refused to honor the invoice price bcz it had been 4 mos instead of 1 month. He gave me a range of reasons including bad mouthing the employee who gave me the estimate. That’s a internal problem not mine. Also bcz I didn’t want to buy and have the insulation installed.
It was a 1k job that he wanted to increase the price to 2k. Completely unprofessional and bad business model. Maybe the job was too small for him. Felt like he was just trying to make money off me. I wouldn’t recommend them.

This is by far the best company here in Arizona if you need your AC fixed or a new unit, they are knowledgeable experience, and most of all honest they are not out here scamming at all like a lot of other companies we have dealt with bad companies we hired them and they came out very quickly. Leo was great and so is Aaron. I would absolutely 1010 recommend to anyone reading this. Please reach out to them. They are affordable honest and overall so great like wow These men deserve better The Best

After signing up with DD for annual service on our old HVAC systems, we eventually had two new units installed and we are very happy with Desert Diamond! They are very friendly and professional. They service our units twice a year and we’ve never had any hassles. I definitely suggest getting on their maintenance contract plan! You are a priority especially in the summer months when things can get very squarely and uncomfortable!!

Maison Clark was an amazing tech, very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected everything and made sure the equipment was running efficiently. In this crazy world today it's nice to see young men who are not only respectful but also take pride in their work. Thank you Maison.

Desert Diamond installed a new package heat pump and modified some duct work. Aaron did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed and checked on his guys during and after install. Could tell right away it made a big difference from old unit and the existing not-so-great duct work. One bedroom furthest from the unit was a little warmer than the rest of the house and Aaron came out to make adjustments. Feels great now and hoping it stays that way!

Desert Diamond’s Aaron Hoberg did an excellent job presenting our options. They had the best deal fairly presented. Highly recommend Aaron and Desert Diamond.

I would give 5 stars for showing up quickly to the job.

Zero starts for honesty and cost. I did not realize how much I was going to be taken advantage of until another company did everything for a portion of the cost. I was told I did not have a gate valve and this was necessary to be installed for $700, however with ease I found the gate valve myself and asked the second plumber if that was in fact the gate valve which he agreed and said this was working perfectly.
With zero assessment of a recirculation pump I was told that it did not work at all, which the second plumber checked out and said that it was working just fine and reconnected it.
The cost of the water heater was $1000 more than I paid for all of the same equipment and install/take away.
Just do your research when using any company.

Arturo was professional, knowledgeable, and honest from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand the condition of my AC unit without any pressure. He was thorough in his inspection and gave me realistic options for repair based on urgency and budget. After his quick fix, the AC was back up and running—bringing the house from 100 degrees down to a livable temp, just in time for showings. I truly appreciated his transparency, punctuality, and expertise. Highly recommend Arturo if you want someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about helping you.

It began in January 2018. I got a crazy idea to move our kitchen to give us an open floor plan. Our home is a John F Long home built in 1977. It was a very difficult task to find a competent HVAC company to do the difficult re-engineering of our system. I finally found Desert Diamond Mechanical. They had to move intake and take supply to wall not an easy task to engineer or install, but they came through and knocked it out of the ball park!! I had the pleasure of working with Rocky at the onset- On to Ben to determine if design would work properly, then onto the crew that helped Ben with install- David, Frank, Austin, and Wade. It went very smoothly and works fabulously. Ben really helped relieve my stress of the whole thing with his fun sense of humor.

It turned out beautiful and works wonderfully!
