I came home late on a Saturday night to find my house warmer than it should be. I called One Hour Heating and Cooling and was taken care of by Brittney who reassured me and got me set up for a technician to come out the next morning. Corey came to my house earlier than expected and he was very personable, respectful and determined the issue quickly. Now I have cool air again in my house. Yay!!! Corey was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend joining their Comfort Club Maintenance program. Thank you, Corey!

I can’t say enough good things about One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! I first reached out to them for an emergency air conditioning issue, and even though it was in the middle of the night, Britney took my call with such warmth and professionalism. It was a long process, but she really set the tone for the excellent service to come.
Jordan, the technician who arrived to assist, was beyond kind and patient. He helped us with the installation of a new air conditioner, and we were really impressed with his attention to detail. The company also provided some great discounts, which made the whole experience even better!
Unfortunately, we encountered a manufacturer issue with the unit, but the team was incredibly prompt and responsive in addressing it. They made multiple follow-up visits to ensure everything was working properly, and each time they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and on-time. I was especially impressed by how they took the time to clean up after the installation and repairs, leaving no mess behind.
What truly stands out is their commitment to making sure everything was working as it should. A week later, they even checked in to ensure we were still satisfied. Their honesty, excellent customer service, and fair pricing make them a company I would highly recommend to anyone.

Ehren arrived today to complete a six month check up on our air conditioning and heating unit. He was very professional. His uniform was neat and clean, and he took the time to put on the Protective bootie’s when he walked in our house. He did a thorough job cleaning the unit and showed us pictures of everything that he did. It was truly a pleasure to meet Ehren!

One Hour Heating & Air was amazing. They got out to me within an hour due to a late night emergency with my A/C unit and Corey had my air up and running that same night. He was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He let me know exactly what had happened and what was needed to fix it. I would highly highly recommend them for any issues regarding your A/C unit.

We called around when our ac went out and everyone said at least a 24 hour notice for coming out. We called One Hour and Jordan spoke with my husband over the phone to try and help, then the next morning he was in the area helping someone else and came by between appointments to help us! I'm sure they don't always have time to do this with everyone, but Jordan went above and beyond.
He was here maybe 20 minutes and our ac is fixed! He found the problem and prompley fixed it right. We will be reccomending them to everyone we know.

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning were amazing! They were able to get someone out to me right away (within the hour) were so nice and helpful when I had questions and provided honest feedback about the issues. They were able to set up fixing my AC the following day and I didn't have to spend any extra time in the heat. Micah was fantastic getting everything ready and quoted, and getting me a window unit for the night, and Edgar was efficient and worked hard on my system all the next day.

Brittney and Jordan are very friendly and professional and made sure that their technician was always on time. He showed pictures of worn parts that needed some attention and made sure to thoroughly clean my unit before leaving. The cost for repairs were very reasonable! Their technician provided a very thorough inspection and made sure to put things back like he found it after repairs were done. I highly recommend using their service!

One Hour came out for a same day weekend call. Corey checked my unit and diagnosed the cause of my issues. We spoke about solutions I can accomplish myself and they were kind throughout from the first call to wrapping up the visit. Pricing was very fair. I recommend them highly and will share with anyone I know who needs HVAC service.

I had gotten a price of $23,000 from another company. They told me everything had to be replaced. Jordan and his team came for a second opinion and found the units were still under warranty and fixed everything for under $1200!! I cannot say enough good things about One Hour. The entire team is pleasant and knowledgeable, and above all, honest. I will be a customer for life.

My husband and I have been looking for a reputable AC company to do a check up on our system. We are very satisfied with Jordan and his expertise. He did not try to upsale us on anything, he also was very informative on how our system works. This is our first time owning a home with AC. Jordan was great. Very thorough and quick! He gave me a heads up when he was his way too which is helpful when working remote. They contacted me right away to schedule an appointment and had availability the next morning which was amazing in AZ during the summer I was worried I’d have to wait days in the heat. :)

Daphne came out for my maintenance appointment this week and provided so much information, including photos, as she talked about my unit and the upcoming summer weather. They are just the best.

Daphnia was very thorough and explained everything with pictures. I believe she was honest and went above and beyond in her service today of cleaning the unit . I would highly recommend her and this company. It’s been the best service iv ever had on my unit.

These guys are AMAZING! We have tried a few different places and none of them can compare to these guys. They went above and beyond. Our twelve year old system stopped working. It was really scary because we have pets and two babies in 110+ degrees. I called them at 8pm and they came out at 7am and checked out what was wrong. Then gave us all of the different options of either replacing the system or making the repair. With the age and status of our system it was best for is to get a new unit. They set us up, and we had it installed the same day. There was absolutely no stress. We had a whole team of people taking care of us and every single worker was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I am so happy and relieved. They took such good care of us.
