Wonderful experience with Desert Diamond from the very friendly office staff to our technician Eric. Eric was very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly to my husband & I. When installing the new coil he would periodically grab my husband to show him what the old one looked like and the work he was doing, which was really nice. He cleaned everything up really well. Couldn't be happier with the service we got from everyone!!

Tristan was a fantastic technician! Very prompt and clear in his explanations of the work that needed to be completed. Very thorough and polite too! Thank you for the good job!

I can’t say enough about my experience. Our water heater died. Tristin gave me an estimate right away and was at our house the next morning to take out the dead water heater and replace the new one. Not only was the cost half of the cost as other estimates, he and his co worker were professional, kind and absolutely fabulous!!! If you want a 10/10 experience, look no further!

My first impression of Desert Diamond was extremely disappointing. While trying to schedule an appointment, I could clearly hear employees using profanity in the background of the phone call. This immediately raised concerns about professionalism.
When I asked to speak with a manager to address what I heard, my concern was completely dismissed. I was told that I “must have misheard,” which came across as condescending and disrespectful, as if my concern wasn’t worth taking seriously. Rather than acknowledging the issue or even attempting to listen, I was brushed off entirely.
Customer service is often a reflection of a company’s standards, and based on this interaction alone, I chose not to move forward. I expect basic professionalism and respect, especially when contacting a service company for the first time.

Sam Sheahan serviced our system. We enjoyed meeting him. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Sam explained everything and what options are available. We were looking for a new company and we found one with Sam and Desert Diamond Air. Thank you!

We just joined their goal plan for our heating and cooling unit. Dominic was our inspector and reviewed very thoroughly our system explaining What he found. Very honest and competent. Not pushy at all Which we appreciate. They have a good customer service model as well as And competency in the field. We are fortunate that we have chosen them.

No one ever wants to have major problems with their HVAC system. First you have to deal with a hot or cold house. Then it’s always going to cost more than you expect and this time was no different.

That said Desert Diamond offered up great service with knowledgeable staff. From the first repair man that came out through installation of a new top of the line Variable?? (Forget what it’s called) speed HVAC unit.

They offered 4 options and I started off with the lowest cost option as what I thought I would choose but the cost on all options was higher than I expected so I called in a second company to compare prices, to my surprise that second company was even higher priced.

I decided to do some additional research and again to my surprise my research of several resources online yielded that the prices were right in line with what I should expect to replace the units they offered.

As I was doing my review I learned more about the variable speed solution with a longer warranty and lower operating cost due to the lower speed options utilizing less electricity. Being more efficient I decided to go that route.

I can’t really speak to performance of the unit yet as it was just installed yesterday but I can say that during all steps of the process Desert Diamond has been honest, reliable and professional and I am comfortable recommending them.

If I can remember I’ll get on here next year and add more on the actual unit I choose. Hope this is helpful.

Pricing was competitive and better than other big name Brands. Tyler was awesome and super helpful! Not sure if we’re committing yet as it’s a big purchase but enjoyed working with Tyler!

This has been the most incompetent service experience we’ve ever had. We’ve had this company out to our home five separate times for our brand-new AC unit and each time it’s been a different issue. As long-time homeowners, we have never dealt with this level of inconsistency and carelessness. We purchased a new unit to avoid problems, yet we’ve had more issues with the new system than we ever did before. Things have been left unconnected and improperly installed. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before using this company.

Always a great experience! With their annual contract, they make it so easy for me. They call to remind me it's time for service, and always have an appointment available at my convenience. The techs are always super helpful and thorough. I've been through a lot of bad HVAC companies and wouldn't use anyone else.

I had Tyler out to give me an estimate to re-insulate my attic. Tyler showed up on-time, was very thorough and presented me with several options at different price points. Ultimately, I went with another company that was slightly cheaper for the same scope of work and with whom I've had previous experience. That said, I would not hesitate to call Desert Diamond again in the future because of their communication, ease of doing business and professionalism.

Desert Diamond replaced two 5-ton AC units for us this week and from start to finish they were straightforward, knowledgeable and efficient. The sales rep Tyler answered all of my questions clearly and took his time explaining his answers. He responded quickly along the way and was a pleasure to work with. The crew on install day were friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning up after their work. We got four quotes before deciding who to go with and I'm glad we went with them.

Another good day with Desert Diamond Air!! We have been having our central A/C taken care of by this company for years now and it is always the same, AWESOME! They have some of the nicest service people and the office people are just as kind and polite. This year we had Phillip. He was prompt, informative and all around excellent. We HIGHLY recommend their service contracts which save you money and also provides prompt service.

Timothy was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we fully understood what was going on with our AC unit. He didn’t rush the visit and patiently answered all of our questions.

On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great person, super nice, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a technician who combines expertise with such great customer service. We truly appreciate his work and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Craig did the inspection and quoted me different AC units. He understood my needs and budget, and provided the best quote between 3 companies for same models. He answered calls and text when I had questions. Brody and Joshua did the install, including a new thermostat and new vent. Fine young, hard working folks. Highly recommend them!!

If you are looking for an excellent A/C company look no further. They care about their clients when most companies dont and more importanttly they care about getting the job done right. I have yet to be dissapointed in their service. Dont wait any longer, call them RIGHT NOW!

Excellent service. The technicians Jordan and Daph arrived on time, were very professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with the AC. The unit is now running smoothly and cooling efficiently. They were respectful of the space, explained everything clearly and did a great job servicing the unit. Very satisfied with the service.

My a/c stopped running again. I noticed it just after 5pm on a Friday night. Brittany was so kind, and assured me that the technician would be here just after he finished his last job. I was quite surprised when the owner, Jordan arrived. He was very professional, and got my a/c up and running again. I highly recommend this company for their wonderful customer service and support.

Daphne was great, she explained everything that she was doing and fully checked out the furnace. She found the problem and fixed it. She explained what she found and how she made the repairs. She quoted pricing before she made the repairs and that was the price.
I will definitely use this company in the future.
