So glad we found One Hour. We had to replace 2 main AC units. The 1st (on the right) was in August. A basic 2.5 ton unit with a $3k install. We got the new unit on the right from One Hour for the same price. It is a 3 ton, its more efficient, has a smaller footprint and is noticeably quieter. With One Hour there were no extras. One Hour included EVERYTHING, new thermostats, new ducting and they finished the ceiling opening. Communition was great, the crew was prompt and we couldn't be happier. Wish we knew about One Hour in August.

Daphne came out for our semi-annual AC checkup and did a fantastic job. She clearly explained the condition of our unit and answered all of my questions in a friendly, easy-to-understand way. After receiving great service both times the company has visited, I signed up for their membership program. The price is very reasonable and the service has been outstanding. Highly recommend!

I would like to recommend One Hour Heating & Air's technician Zane Ramirez for his outstanding installation on my two air conditioning units. He arrived early and installed my new air conditioner plus my AC split in one day. He worked all day plus throughly cleaned up after installation. He answered all of my questions and professionalism was outstanding! Thank you Shane!
