Jake was very knowledgeable and got the job done. He provided great customer service and our AC is now working as it is supposed to. Other places we allowed to work on our unit, tried to take advantage of us, but Transcend treated us with respect and charged us very fairly. I will definitely not call any other AC company. Jake was awesome! I called in yesterday for an appointment and he came out personally the very next morning. He did a thorough check of the system and was extremely knowledgeable and clean. Unfortunately he found a leak but gave options and recommendations for the next steps. I will absolutely tell my family friends about his amazing service!
