You rarely find a business like Mountainside anymore. They’re like your neighbors, friendly and patient in understanding what your property needs. They were professional, courteous, and upfront about their services and the costs. They didn’t push me to sign a service contract and were able to service my small office building within 48 hours. The technician was thorough and honest about the repairs needed and they were all done immediately upon my approval. This would’ve never happened with my last AC service company thats gotten too big to care and too expensive to afford.

Had a new AC installed this past spring with Mountainside. At first there was sticker shock, after checking around, the price was in the ballpark.
In past summers I would have electric bills anywhere from $100-150 per month and I have solar panels. Since Mountainside installed the new Trane AC this spring I never had a balance due per month for an electric bill. Absolutely amazing what a difference it’s made.

Great company they came out told me the problem and said they would order parts that had to come from the manufacturer said it would take a few day. They called a few days later to set up an appointment to come out and install the parts had it finished in about an hour Raul the repair team leader was very courteous and explained everything great company and as far as I can tell very fair on pricing my parts were covered under warranty from a horrible ac contractor that installed the unit and would not return my calls (Janney HVAC ) so it didn't hurt to bad just labor

Very professional and punctual. They had our new unit installed and up and running within 3 hours of arriving. Definitely recommend their services. I wouldn't hesitate using them in the future for any of our HVAC needs.

My AC system blower had started short cycling. I was able to change out a few simple/cheap components that I know can cause this myself, but when it did not fix the issue I called Mountainside Air. This was my first time using Mountainside and I was very happy with the service. They sent someone out the same day and Cristian was able to diagnose the issue (beyond my capability at this point) show me all the detail and discuss options with me. He had a quote for the repair to me by the end of day. After looking into the component costs and emailing the company to ask a few questions regarding the work to be done (they were very responsive) I went forward with the repairs. Again, Cristian was able to come out within a day performed the repair, ran through everything he did and all the test numbers and answered all my questions (I tend to ask a lot). The price was reasonable for the service provided, and I have no hesitation using them again in the future or recommending them.

Jay came out and inspected our heat and AC systems for a second opinion. Pointed out terrifying things (Overheating wires) with pictures to back up his claims. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Will for sure use REEIS again in the future.
