Daniel did a great job! He was here in a timely fashion and changed out the filters for me. Then went to the roof to check things out. There was a couple of items to address which he handled. He also checked a couple of other things out for me. He did an awesome job. Thanks you Daniel

Install were fantastic, they were friendly.
Very efficient and super clean, they were also very informative about their whole process and the functionality of the new equipment, i would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Reeis for any HVAC needs. They are a family owned company, very communicative and an all around professional team. From the technician visit to assess my options, scheduling the actual install, to the actual install, they provided top-notch service. Everyone I talked to through the process was friendly and helpful. They also placed urgency around my request. Scheduled on a Wednesday, installed on a Friday. Very quick turnaround.

Pablo and Gaspar did the install and they were both wonderful. They were here by 7 AM and done before 9 AM for a package unit install. Super efficient and very courteous.

I had four different bids from four different companies, and I ultimately went with Reeis based on their professionalism, long-standing in the business, and true customer service. They also offer additional warranty plans that give peace of mind with a large purchase like this.

Daniel came out and gave us a winter HVAC check up. Afterwords gave us some recommendations but didn't try to push anything on us which I really appreciate. He was very professional for the entirety of the visit. I tried a couple HAVC companies before but Reeis is the best by far.

We do the annual plan and it’s been great. I feel like they are the reason we are able to get a few more years of life from our units and not have to worry. Unit was serviced most recently by Daniel and he was awesome at explaining everything, gave recommendations, and was very helpful.

Daniel Knecht from Reeis did a great job. He checked out the unit and took and sharded pictures of the grills and other areas that needed to be cleaned and the numbers on the capacitor that needed to be replaced to get an ok before doing work. Then took pictures after.
He was nice pretty quick and no issues with the steep roof like a prior tech did.
He was able to combine efforts and save some money.
Would invite him back any time.

We have 2 units that are located in the attics. Both were serviced quickly.

Reeis's representative-technician, Javier, called to let me know the approximate time he would arrive. He was patient as I put my 2 dogs in the backyard, came into the house & started quickly by servicing the unit on the main area of our home.

In about 15 minutes he completed that job, then I showed him where the access to the other unit was located. Again, he was quick with his work.

I believe we spent more talking about the fact that we've lived here for almost 15 years & have received excellent service from all the people from Reeis who have come to our home. I did prepay for next year's services which I imagine will be a great price in spite of the current inflation & the costs of living wreaking havoc on everybody's budgets.

I was incredibly pleased that when I called on Friday night after a previous repair person could not fix my problem. You stated you’d be here tomorrow between nine and 12. Daniel arrived at 10:30 and had notified me before him what time he would be coming and he was incredibly smart and caught several things that George Brazil did not catch. Your prices were much lower and the care was much better. Daniel stayed until 230 because there were lots of problems.

Jay came out to service and explain our new condos HVAC system. He was so friendly and professional and really explained everything and let me take the time to take some notes. It was a great service call and I will be going forward with a maintenance plan. Jay was awesome.

Jay came out to repair our ductwork and did an outstanding job. From the initial assessment to the final fix, Jay was professional, efficient, and very clean. His communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, and Jay truly represents REEIS at a high standard. Brandon provided us with excellent service. He took the time to explain all of the benefits that his services helped our existing equipment. Top notch service and a real gentleman to boot!

From the lady who answered the phone to the sales rep, to the installers, to the technicians, this company is first class. I needed to replace two units; I received three quotes. Reeis pricing, financing, and service options were the absolute best. I did my research and am very happy with the experience. I look forward to working with them in the future as I know I am in good hands.

Just took advantage of the program from Efficiency AZ for new appliances installed . I went with REEIS for AC, Plumbing and Electrical . Not only were they on time (which is a big deal for me), but efficient and friendly too. Gaspar explained and installed my new Trane two stage variable air flow 4 ton AC unit. Then Jedi & Zane were next to hook up my electric since I converted from Gas Water Heater to Electric Heat Pump Water Heater. They were so efficient and explained everything they were doing. Finally the Plumber Eric installed the Electric Water Heater Heat Pump. All in all I would recommend this company REEIS to anyone wanting to upgrade their equipment. Old unit failed, evaluated on Tues. new unit installed on Friday. Thanks to Brandon for the evaluation and option choices. Phoenix and Fernando for the installation, and the electrician and crane operator for their part. Was very pleased with the timing and overall quality of the installation

Brandon and Jay are top notch technicians who are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They were are to pinpoint the issues and teach us a thing or two . Been with Reeis 10 plus years even purchased a unit from them . I highly recommend Reeis is the way to go . I have 4 zones system that lets me control different parts of the house works perfectly. I also bought the air filters from Reeis. Reeis highly recommend all the services they provide

Jay did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing our heater. It was cool that he took a video of the repair and was able to show us and communicate what went wrong and how he had fixed it. He’s very friendly and I highly recommend requesting him if you ever need to have REEis come out and fix your HVAC.

Reeis scheduled my appointment for the day I needed it, and sent a terrific service tech, Daniel, to handle our issues. He easily identified the main issue and fixed it immediately and helped us to address other areas of concern as well. His communication style was clear and educational and he was respectful and helpful all around. We can't say enough positive things about him.

Jay Jackson is an employee that REEIS is very fortunate to have working for them! He is personable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and honest. I felt I could completely trust his work and his input regarding my heat pack. Jay is an excellent example of what a young man at the early stage of his career should be.

Daniel was, by far, one of better techs I have dealt with in my 20 years in this house. I "fired" previous air conditioning Co. REEIS always pleasant and does not "pester" me for contract. Thank you Daniel

They were extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. They did a great job inspecting all of the units in our new home and made sure everything was in perfect working order. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them.

I just had a brand new system installed. Gaspar was very nice and professional and explained everything they would be doing as they did it and made sure I didn’t have any questions. There was a little hitch with the system, but they worked very hard stayed late and got someone out to fix it first thing the next morning.
